電阻應(yīng)變片為什么要進行溫度補償？補償方法有哪些？

答：電阻應(yīng)變片傳感器是靠電阻值來來度量應(yīng)變的，所以希望它的電阻只隨應(yīng)變而變，不受其它因素的影響。但實際上，雖然用作電阻絲材料的銅、康銅溫度系數(shù)很小(大約在=(2.5～5.0)×10-5/℃)， 但與所測應(yīng)變電阻的變化比較，仍屬同一量級。如不補償，會引起很大誤差。這種由于測量現(xiàn)場環(huán)境溫度的變化而給測量帶來的誤差，稱之為應(yīng)變片的溫度誤差。
