這次的文章主要是總結(jié)一下美國和歐洲玩具產(chǎn)品CPSC和CPC被拒絕的原因，

近期有很多買家朋友問起CPC被拒絕的問題，在沒認(rèn)識我之前，有些已經(jīng)找了別的機構(gòu)辦理CPC證書，但是仍然無法過審。所以我總結(jié)了這篇文章，干貨滿滿哦

下面是亞馬遜case回復(fù)的拒絕內(nèi)容和解答對策

1.

We noticed that the recommended Age Grade of the ASIN is missing on the product(s) detail page.

Please update the product(s) detail page with the recommended Age Grading (the manufacturer_minimum_age attribute) identified on the ASINs third party test report in order to move forward with the approval process.

對策：Listing后臺缺少產(chǎn)品的適用年齡描述，在后臺更新好即可

The CPC submitted is missing required information. To move forward with the approvals process for your product, please resubmit the document with the following updated information:

· US importer or domestic manufacturer name, mailing address, contact information located in United States

對策：美國進口商信息是目前CPC證書最容易出錯的原因之一，此這個問題比較好處理，涉及個人經(jīng)驗，需要了解的可以隨時咨詢。

Contact information for the individual maintaining records, including name, full mailing address, email address, and telephone number.

對策：這個很簡單，在CPC證書上加上測試結(jié)果維護聯(lián)系人信息就可以了。

4.

In order to review your documents related to Product Assurance of Toys, please submit them on Vendor Central using the following steps:

4.1. In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates

4.2. Click on Missing Compliance Documents;

4.3. Search for the affected ASIN and then;

4.4. Click Add to upload the documents

對策：不要在CASE中回復(fù)內(nèi)容和提交文件，需要在菜單目錄欄找到查看銷售申請，再找到被拒絕的ASIN，重新提交證書進行審核

Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:

* Manufacturer Name

* Manufacturer Address

* Warning label (as applicable)

對策：亞馬遜要求的第一項商品圖片中，產(chǎn)品的實拍圖需要清楚地體現(xiàn)出制造商名稱、制造商地址和警告標(biāo)語等（本人有通用模板）

In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.

對策：上面我們說過，CPC的本質(zhì)是一份自我聲明，是由進口商或者制作商簽發(fā)的（實際操作中，多數(shù)情況都是由貿(mào)易商自主簽發(fā)），只有CPC的測試報告是由檢測機構(gòu)蓋章簽發(fā)的。所以不能用檢測機構(gòu)蓋章的CPC證書，用了大概率過不了審核，此條很容易解決。

The registration card submitted for your product did not include all of the following:

? Name of the manufacturer or private labeler

? Date of manufacture

? Manufacturer contact information(U.S. address and telephone number, toll-free if available)

? Model name and number

對策：沒有提供注冊卡，或者是注冊卡的信息填寫錯誤導(dǎo)致。涉及到需要提供注冊卡的商品一般是耐用的嬰兒消費品，并且危險程度相對較高。比如圍欄、門欄、背帶、學(xué)步車、搖籃等等。填寫內(nèi)容比較復(fù)雜，不易解釋。需要請咨詢。

8.

In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following item.Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.

對策：產(chǎn)品頁面編輯頁面CPSIA那欄沒有填寫內(nèi)容，需要下拉選擇適合自己產(chǎn)品的Warning警示語！

9.

Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with the approval process until the following required documentation is provided:

Kindly provide the following outstanding items as per ASTM F963-17:

? 4.25- Battery Operated Toys

If you feel your product is exempt from the above sections/requirements, please provide a statement from your lab or regulation exempting your product for our review.

對策：電動玩具的測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，除了ASTM F963-16/17和CPSIA，還需要做電池部分的ASTM Section 4.25關(guān)于電池驅(qū)動和電池部分的測試，若測試報告缺乏這項測試，會導(dǎo)致無法過審。（產(chǎn)品是內(nèi)置電池、外接干電池、USB供電、直插供電的都需要做這個測試項目）

10.

Product description or product identifier enabling us to make an accurate determination that the certificate is issued for the correct product

對策：提示CPC證書里面缺少ASIN或產(chǎn)品型號和product description（產(chǎn)品描述）。導(dǎo)致此問題的原因是CPC模板有問題，無法與CPC測試報告和Listing建立上聯(lián)系。用正確的CPC證書模板修改即可解決。

11.

圖片必須包含所有以下相關(guān)信息：安全信息和注冊卡、合規(guī)標(biāo)志（包括追蹤標(biāo)簽）、商品危險警告

對策：此項涉及個人的經(jīng)驗，具體請私聊133****9219**（5403）（免費咨詢）。認(rèn)證機構(gòu)很多，但是懂亞馬遜規(guī)則又能做出符合對應(yīng)要求的認(rèn)證，這就需要經(jīng)驗豐富的人員進行對接，最有價值的并非認(rèn)證本身，而是足夠的經(jīng)驗支撐順利過審亞馬遜。

總結(jié)：

在聯(lián)系檢測機構(gòu)進行CPC測試的時候，需找到經(jīng)驗豐富的業(yè)務(wù)員對接，一切按照亞馬遜平臺要求去做測試。

否則認(rèn)證機構(gòu)做出來的CPC報告雖是真實有效的測試報告，但是亞馬遜就是不認(rèn)，千萬不要以你運營的思維去理解。

CPC在所有認(rèn)證中屬于比較特殊的認(rèn)證，一般廠家提供的CPC證書沒有用，多數(shù)需要貿(mào)易商自行處理。

“不要你覺得OK，而是要讓亞馬遜覺得OK”(亞馬遜的審核員并不專業(yè)，但是有模板對照，只要模板沒問題，就可以過審)

亞馬遜要求CPC證書是屬于商品安全審核！所以建議如果想要長期做玩具類產(chǎn)品和母嬰產(chǎn)品的賣家，還是要將證書做好！

另外，被拒絕和審核時間長的朋友不必著急，目前來說只要提供CPC證書和報告后，在審核期到了還是沒有回復(fù)也不會下架你的產(chǎn)品，仍然可以正常出單。
