一、硬件安裝


?
1.1安裝metro node服務(wù)器
1.參考《Dell EMC導(dǎo)軌安裝指南》將服務(wù)器安裝到機(jī)柜中:
a.拆卸滑道,在目標(biāo)機(jī)柜中連續(xù)兩個(gè)1U位置安裝。
b.將服務(wù)器節(jié)點(diǎn)從機(jī)箱中卸下,安裝在已安裝好的滑道上。
說明:掛載時(shí),請(qǐng)將下方的Dell Service Tag (DST)放在上方。
2.在每個(gè)服務(wù)器上安裝一個(gè)液晶面板。

3.請(qǐng)保存10GbE SFP光模塊,以便后續(xù)安裝。

1.2安裝電纜管理組件
1.將CMA附件支架連接到每個(gè)服務(wù)器的服務(wù)器滑道上。

2.將CMA托盤連接到每個(gè)服務(wù)器的服務(wù)器滑道上。

3.將預(yù)布線線纜管理臂套件安裝在每個(gè)服務(wù)器節(jié)點(diǎn)的服務(wù)器滑道組件上。
a.將CMA內(nèi)卡(1)連接到左側(cè)內(nèi)滑軌。
b.將CMA外卡(2)連接到左側(cè)外固定軌。
c.重復(fù)執(zhí)行。
d.用維可牢搭扣將線纜環(huán)和紅色業(yè)務(wù)線纜固定在機(jī)架一側(cè)。
注意:確保線環(huán)在機(jī)架上支撐牢固,不拉扯管理臂內(nèi)的電纜。

1.3連接CMA套件線纜到服務(wù)器節(jié)點(diǎn)
下面的Port Map Label圖像顯示了以下步驟的端口分配:

1.安裝WAN SFP光模塊到每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的2個(gè)WAN接口。
a.將1個(gè)10GbE SFP光模塊插入端口圖中標(biāo)識(shí)為“WAN1”的端口。
b.將1個(gè)10GbE SFP光模塊插入端口圖中標(biāo)識(shí)為“WAN2”的端口。
c.為確認(rèn)這些鎖緊牢固,輕輕拉動(dòng)每個(gè)SFP I/O模塊。如果SFP松動(dòng):
1.打開彈簧鎖。2.將SFP光模塊完全插入。3.關(guān)閉彈簧鎖。4.對(duì)每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)重復(fù)操作。

注意:對(duì)于本地系統(tǒng)配置:a)將WAN SFP安裝在WAN端口,以妥善保管和/或?qū)砜赡苁褂?/span>;b)確保電纜插頭已到位,在不使用時(shí)保護(hù)SFP。
2.將LCOM DAC (Direct Attach Copper)線纜連接到每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的兩個(gè)LCOM端口。
a.將標(biāo)識(shí)為LCOM1的黑色線纜插入端口圖中標(biāo)識(shí)為LCOM1的端口。在每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)上重復(fù)。
b.將標(biāo)識(shí)為LCOM2的黑色線纜連接到端口圖中標(biāo)識(shí)為LCOM2的端口。在每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)上重復(fù)。
c.在各節(jié)點(diǎn)連接處輕拉線纜,確認(rèn)線纜安裝牢固。
3.連接MGMT以太網(wǎng)線至每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的兩個(gè)MGMT接口。
a.將標(biāo)識(shí)為MGMT1的綠色線纜,按照端口圖的指示連接至對(duì)應(yīng)的MGMT1端口。在每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)上重復(fù)。
b.將標(biāo)記為“MGMT2”的紫色線纜,按照端口圖,連接到對(duì)應(yīng)的“MGMT2”端口。在每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)上重復(fù)。
c.輕拉各節(jié)點(diǎn)連接線纜,確認(rèn)各節(jié)點(diǎn)連接線纜卡扣牢固。
4.連接交流電源線至各節(jié)點(diǎn)的電源模塊。
a.將黑色電源線連接到PSU1/接口圖上的黑色“AC power”塊上。
b.將灰色電源線連接到端口圖上的PSU2/灰色“AC power”塊。
c.重復(fù)執(zhí)行。
d.檢查電源線走線路徑是否允許服務(wù)器節(jié)點(diǎn)在滑道上自由移動(dòng)。
注意:如圖所示,將電源線套入圈內(nèi),用魔術(shù)貼固定在電源模塊拉手上。請(qǐng)確保皮帶抬起電源線,防止服務(wù)器在使用過程中伸展時(shí)綁扎。

1.4將電源線連接到備用電源
黑色和灰色電纜分別連接到公用事業(yè)電源。
注意:HA維護(hù)需要冗余電源連接。確?;疑秃谏碾娫淳€分別連接到不同的電源。
1.將灰色電源線連接到公用事業(yè)設(shè)備A PDU (Power Distribution Unit)上。
2.將黑色電源線連接到配電盒B上。

1.5檢查motro node連線及電源
1.確保每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)都從兩個(gè)電源分區(qū)供電。確認(rèn)各節(jié)點(diǎn)電源模塊的電源拉手均為綠色常亮。
注意:如果電源指示燈不亮,請(qǐng)檢查電源線連接。如果不為綠色常亮,請(qǐng)參考《PowerEdge R640安裝和服務(wù)手冊(cè)(https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/poweredge-r640_Owners-Manual_en-us.pdf)》了解電源指示燈的狀態(tài)。

2.打開兩臺(tái)服務(wù)器,并在左側(cè)前面板檢查健康狀態(tài)。
a.確認(rèn)電源開關(guān)指示燈為綠色(右前)。
b.確認(rèn)左側(cè)前方?jīng)]有琥珀色的健康狀態(tài)指示燈。

3.檢查MGMT1和MGMT2端口的LINK指示燈是否亮綠燈。

4.確認(rèn)LCOM1和LCOM2端口的LINK指示燈為亮綠色。

1.6建立Local連接
后續(xù)連接時(shí),所有線纜需穿過CMA組件走線至機(jī)柜側(cè)面。使用魔術(shù)貼將電纜固定在CMA和機(jī)柜側(cè)面。
注意:所有節(jié)點(diǎn)連接必須通過CMA組件路由,以保證業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行時(shí)的HA。提供足夠的長(zhǎng)度以保持手臂運(yùn)動(dòng)和電纜健康。
1.將客戶提供的光纖電纜從前端和后端san連接到兩個(gè)控制器上的適當(dāng)metro node端口。
注意:為避免損壞或污染,請(qǐng)勿觸摸光纖電纜的兩端
注意:請(qǐng)使用冗余的光纖物理鏈路將每臺(tái)主機(jī)連接到metro node的director節(jié)點(diǎn),每個(gè)metro node的director節(jié)點(diǎn)連接到后端存儲(chǔ)。為防止數(shù)據(jù)不可用,請(qǐng)確保存儲(chǔ)視圖下的每個(gè)主機(jī)都有到集群中兩個(gè)控制器的路徑,且多路徑配置可以均勻分布到控制器A和控制器B。

注意:與HBA1相比,HBA2上的光纖連接是反向的。
2.將metro node 的CUST接口連接到雙director的客戶IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)?

1.7建立Metro連接
注意:本節(jié)僅適用于雙集群' metro '系統(tǒng)配置。關(guān)于“l(fā)ocal”系統(tǒng)配置,請(qǐng)?zhí)^本節(jié)。
后續(xù)連接時(shí),所有線纜需穿過CMA組件走線至機(jī)柜側(cè)面。使用魔術(shù)貼將電纜固定在CMA和機(jī)柜側(cè)面。
注意:所有節(jié)點(diǎn)連接必須經(jīng)過CMA(機(jī)械臂),以便業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行過程中進(jìn)行HA維護(hù)。
1.連接集群間廣域網(wǎng)IP連接。確保每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)(director)有兩條獨(dú)立的路徑到另一個(gè)集群的每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)(director)。Metro節(jié)點(diǎn)只支持光纖IP WAN連接。

二、初始化準(zhǔn)備
2.1準(zhǔn)備信息
元數(shù)據(jù)卷準(zhǔn)備
1.元卷:從兩個(gè)不同的存儲(chǔ)陣列導(dǎo)出4個(gè)大小為>= 80GB的存儲(chǔ)卷。
2.日志卷:從兩個(gè)不同的存儲(chǔ)陣列導(dǎo)出4個(gè)大小為>=5GB & <=20GB的存儲(chǔ)卷(Metro模式)。

2.2連接節(jié)點(diǎn)
從服務(wù)筆記本電腦連接到節(jié)點(diǎn)有兩種方式:
1. 通過SVC接口連接。
注意:對(duì)于Dell發(fā)貨的metro node的7.0版本,通過SVC端口連接不工作。
2. 通過iDRAC Direct Micro-USB接口連接。

2.2.1通過SVC接口連接
1.如果機(jī)柜中有筆記本電腦托架,則適用此步驟。遵循以下步驟:
●在機(jī)柜前方,取下U23位置(距機(jī)柜地面38.5英寸)的假面板。將筆記本電腦托盤滑出,放置在托盤上。
●若要松開扎帶,請(qǐng)按下紅色業(yè)務(wù)電纜固定在托盤上的卡扣。
●將業(yè)務(wù)線纜連接到筆記本電腦的以太網(wǎng)接口。
●另一端連接到節(jié)點(diǎn)的SVC接口。
2.在筆記本電腦上打開瀏覽器,登錄http://128.228.221.2。請(qǐng)按照頁面提示操作,然后轉(zhuǎn)到步驟3。
注意:如果看不到web頁面,請(qǐng)確認(rèn)筆記本電腦已啟用DHCP。
3.在筆記本電腦上運(yùn)行“PuTTY.exe”。
說明:本文檔中有幾個(gè)任務(wù)使用PuTTY工具登錄管理服務(wù)器。您可以使用任何類似的Telnet/SSH客戶端。確保對(duì)任何客戶機(jī)使用SSH協(xié)議(版本2)。如果看到PuTTY安全警告,請(qǐng)閱讀它,然后單擊Yes。
4.在“PuTTY Configuration”窗口中,設(shè)置如下圖所示。

5.在“Category”中選擇“SSH”,確保“Preferred SSH protocol version”設(shè)置為“2”

6.從“類別”列表中選擇“會(huì)話”。2 .在“PuTTY Configuration”窗口單擊“Save”,保存會(huì)話設(shè)置。
7.在“PuTTY Configuration”界面,單擊“Open”,以“Service”用戶名和業(yè)務(wù)密碼(業(yè)務(wù)密碼請(qǐng)咨詢系統(tǒng)管理員)登錄節(jié)點(diǎn)。
注意:用戶名服務(wù)的默認(rèn)shell提示符是service@localhost:~>。
8.轉(zhuǎn)到初始化步驟部分。
2.2.2通過iDRAC Direct Micro-USB接口連接
iDRAC直接USB-NIC功能允許直接訪問iDRAC web接口,而不需要使用iDRAC網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)管理端口連接。
1..準(zhǔn)備一根Micro-USB 2.0線纜,將線纜的一端連接到系統(tǒng)前面板的“iDRAC Direct Micro-USB”接口。將線纜的另一端連接到業(yè)務(wù)筆記本電腦的USB接口。


2.啟動(dòng)任何瀏覽器,然后在地址欄中鍵入https://169.254.0.3。
3.跳過證書錯(cuò)誤,選擇“繼續(xù)瀏覽此網(wǎng)站”。
4. 輸入iDRAC憑據(jù)。

5.打開虛擬控制臺(tái),然后單擊啟動(dòng)虛擬控制臺(tái)。

6.使用服務(wù)憑據(jù)登錄并轉(zhuǎn)到初始化步驟部分。

三、初始化步驟
3.1預(yù)配置
注意:
1.該階段為各節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)置EC-01端口的IP地址和修改業(yè)務(wù)用戶的默認(rèn)密碼。
2.每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)都必須執(zhí)行此步驟。

使用service用戶登錄Node-1-1-A。
注意:預(yù)配置時(shí),所有節(jié)點(diǎn)均顯示EULA的內(nèi)容。為了執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)配置,用戶必須接受EULA。由于內(nèi)容較多,所以下面是使用EULA預(yù)配置的控制臺(tái)輸出的最短版本。
警告:不要在已經(jīng)配置好的系統(tǒng)上運(yùn)行vplex_system_config --start或vplex_system_config -s命令,因?yàn)樗鼤?huì)導(dǎo)致節(jié)點(diǎn)固件被關(guān)閉,并導(dǎo)致完全集群宕機(jī)。
