Fro Mozart to Bach ----My Classic Music Journey
I almost forget when i first meet classic music , maybe it is the year of 2018 , when my father had gone away; maybe it is 2010 , in which year i was fallen into the bottom of my whole life; or maybe it was some much earlier period... I nearly forget the exact time , but there is one thing that should be regarded as a joyful fact , that can be concluded as one sentance---- I love classic music, and I will love it forever!!
In 2018 , I lost my dear father who had payed all his energy for his family and his work. In fact i had not been immerged in such a pathetic incident for long time. After i persuaded myself to get out from my dad's death , I just began to listen to classic musics.
I clearly remmember I chose Bethoven as my first idle. Since 7 years ago I had listened to Bethoven's NO.9 symphony for several times. B9 gave me a very bright impression. It was like a high mountain that almost nobody in this planet could see its summit, great, tough, and always spread its light and heat to this pathetic world, like sun, like father ,like god!
Of course I had appreciated other master pieces of him, like his NO7,NO6,NO5 and NO3 symphonies. His piano concertos can also be regarded as master piece. Among all his concertos , I love the final one best which was named as "emperor" by Bethoven himself. When listening his emperor concerto , I always enter some illusion that I seemed to stand in front of a steel bridge, it rains lightly , the sky is grey, and a group of brave soldiers was going to pass that bridge.
I don't know why I describe my illusion like this, maybe it's the shouting of my inner heart, or maybe I was just crazy, like Donoven, like Demitri...
Bethoven is like a great mountain, you can find symphony, and concerto, and sonata and all the enthusiastic emotions when you climb this mountain. So if you want to appreciat Bethoven, just sit down, clear your ears, and try your best to comprehend the beauty and emotion that the music could bring to you.
So , this is what I want to say about Bethoven. I have written almost 1700 words in this composition, what a surprise! I have bring myself a huge surprise, that i can write 1700 words in a composition! And I can't imagine it's true several years ago...
Ok, that is all for today. Next time, Mozart, it is your turn.
