繼“車厘子自由”、“口紅自由”、“包包自由”之后，不少女性開始實現(xiàn)“買房自由”了。

A survey that reveals the growing role of women as homebuyers, particularly single women in major cities in China, has aroused heated online discussions over women's sense of security, independence and freedom.

一項調查研究表明，越來越多的女性加入買房行列，尤其是大城市女性。這在網(wǎng)上引發(fā)了關于女性安全感、獨立和自由的討論。

According to Ke.com, China's largest property listing website, 47.9 percent of the buyers in 67, 724 transactions that happened on its platform in 2018 were female, significantly higher than the 30 percent in 2014.

據(jù)某房源網(wǎng)站對其平臺上房產(chǎn)交易數(shù)據(jù)分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)，在該網(wǎng)站2018年的67724筆購房交易中，有47.9%的買家是女性，相比之下，2014年時該比例僅為30%左右。

The survey also found that 74.2 percent of the women polled said they bought a home without financial support from their partners, while 45.2 percent did so with financial support from their parents, and 29 percent were able to purchase solely by themselves.

其中，74.2%的女性受訪者表示她們買房時沒有接受伴侶的資助，其中45.2%接受了父母資助，29%完全憑一己之力買房。

這項調查涵蓋了12個中國大城市的964個購房者，包括北京、上海、深圳、杭州、武漢和長沙。

The hashtag #Upsurge in women homebuyers in big cities# quickly trended on Sina Weibo, China's Twitter-like platform, and received tens of thousands of comments from netizens. The hashtag has so far been read over 300 million times.

24日，微博上#大城市女性買房猛增#這個標簽立刻成為熱門，獲得數(shù)萬評論，標簽瀏覽數(shù)超過3個億。

截至發(fā)稿，這條微博下已有近3萬條評論。不少網(wǎng)友評論道：女人有房要比有對象更有安全感。

The most liked comment, which reaped over 70,000 likes, said: "Women get a deeper sense of security from owning savings and a house than relying on a partner."

獲得點贊最多的一條評論收獲了7萬多個贊，寫道：“女人有錢有房了要比有對象更有安全感?！?/p>

Some commenters agree with the trend, with one saying: "A number of women have started to consider buying a house since college. The world has changed. They know they can't count on men anymore."

一些評論同意這種趨勢，一個人說：“很多女性從大學開始就考慮買房子了，世界變了，她們知道不能靠男人了。”

One even says, "Finally, you can tell your partner to get out of your house when a quarrel breaks out."

不少外媒也報道過相關的新聞。

美國國家公共電臺（NPR）去年報道了年輕人晚婚的新聞，報道認為，中國年輕人不著急結婚是因為更多女性選擇晚婚，尤其是受教育程度較高、經(jīng)濟獨立的女性。

她們自給自足，經(jīng)濟獨立，因此對婚姻有著更高的期望，也更希望能專注事業(yè)。

That means more women have career?trajectories?they don't want to jeopardize by marrying and having children while they're in their 20s and 30s. They're marrying later, or not at all.

這意味著更多的女性有自己的職業(yè)軌跡，她們不希望在自己二三十歲的時候讓婚姻和子女影響自己的職業(yè)生涯。她們晚婚，甚至不結婚。

單身女性買房：不重大小重品質

據(jù)香港《南華早報》報道，單身女性購房最看重的可能不是地點和價格因素，周邊設施、室內(nèi)裝修倒是需要考慮的主要因素。

Liu Ce, head of research at Kaisa Group, said the appearance of a home, including the inner?decor?and landscaping carry more weight for female buyers, while other factors such as the location and price matters less.

佳兆業(yè)集團經(jīng)濟研究院院長劉策說，一套房子的外在因素——包括室內(nèi)裝修和景觀綠化——對于女性買家來說意義更重，而地點和價格等其他因素則影響較小。

“Women are always a decisive force in our industry,” said Liu.

In recognition of the growing role of women as home buyers, developers have placed more emphasis on the presentation of show houses, including elements such as interior finishing.

由于認識到女性作為購房者的作用日益重要，開發(fā)商更加重視樣板間的展示，包括室內(nèi)裝修等要素。

Zhang Fan, vice-president of Boill Holding Group, a Shanghai-based developer, said women were less concerned about the size of a home, as long as there were nei***oring green areas, and close access to amenities such as a rail transit, shops and hospitals.

上海開發(fā)商保集控股集團副總裁張帆說，女性不太關心房子的大小，只要附近有綠地，靠近軌道交通、商店和醫(yī)院等設施就可以。

“They also care about digital advancement,” Zhang said. “For example a project enabling users to remotely turn on heat or a humidifier before returning home is very popular.”

“她們還喜歡數(shù)字科技。例如，一個讓房主在回家前遠程打開暖氣或加濕器的住宅項目就非常受歡迎?！?/p>
