? ? ? ? ?In view of my talent for music, a lot of friends wonder why I give up the opportunity to enter conservatory of music, and choose Law School of NJU instead. Although I have ever done some research in social sciences, I am completely ignorant of law. To me, Learning law from scratch means giving up my superiority for something I am bad at, it is a total waste of time and efforts, a non-optimal allocation of resources. As I am already 35 years old and not a little boy any more, I must end my student career and seek a livelihood through acquired skills as soon as possible. If I always switch between different subjects, I will be a good-for-nothing for a lifetime.?

???????? 因?yàn)槲以谝魳飞系奶熨x，有很多朋友奇怪為什么我不進(jìn)音樂學(xué)院，而選擇南大的法學(xué)院。雖然我在社會科學(xué)上有一定的研究，但是對于法律我一竅不通。從頭開始學(xué)法律對我來說意味著放棄我的優(yōu)勢而從事某些自己不擅長的東西，那完全是浪費(fèi)時間和精力，使資源達(dá)不到最優(yōu)配置。作為一個35歲不再是小孩子的人來說，我必須盡快結(jié)束我的學(xué)生生涯用學(xué)到的技能把飯碗端穩(wěn)。如果總是在不同的學(xué)科之間來回切換，我一輩子都不可能有什么出息。?

???????? It is no doubt that I am a music genius. I began my piano career at 20 from scratch, only within 6 months I was matriculated at Nanjing Art Institute (NAI for short), within 2 years I could play Chopin’s music, no more than 3 years I was competent to most of Liszt’s piano works. After graduation from my college, I tried to compose music myself without any teacher, till now I am already the author of more than one hundred classical pieces. My pieces of music are well received by most of my friends and relatives, even those professionals showed their interest when I posted a part of them on a foreign forum. If I go a step further to receive professional training, I am sure to be a world-class musician, standing on the top of the world looking down at everybody arrogantly, dwarfing every master-hand no matter how excellent they are. But despite all that, I am reluctant to enter conservatory of music.?

???????? 毫無疑問我是個音樂天才，我20歲零基礎(chǔ)開始學(xué)琴，僅僅用六個月就考上了南藝，兩年之內(nèi)我就能彈肖邦，用不了三年我就能勝任李斯特的絕大多數(shù)鋼琴作品。從南藝畢業(yè)以后我就嘗試著在沒有老師的情況下自己作曲，到目前為止我已經(jīng)是一百多首古典音樂的作者。我的音樂作品在親戚朋友中間廣受歡迎，甚至當(dāng)我把它們中的一部分發(fā)表在國外的論壇里面那些專業(yè)人士都對我深感興趣。如果我往前邁一步接受專業(yè)訓(xùn)練，我一定會成為一個世界級的音樂家，站在世界的頂端傲然俯視著蕓蕓眾生，讓所有高手都對我甘拜下風(fēng)，不管他們有多出色。盡管如此，我還是不想進(jìn)音樂學(xué)院。

If you just learn it for fun, or as an amateur, you just depend on it as a means to cultivate your mind, you can archive your goal with very limited money. You can choose a relatively inexpensive training center and a responsible teacher to learn skill and find fun in it. But if you seek a professional career, music will be a black hole sucking endless money from you: it needs money to find a senior teacher, to rent a piano room, to buy instruments, to pay tuition at college, even to bribe teacher in the conservatory.?

???????? 眾所周知音樂是一個燒錢的行當(dāng)。只要你一腳邁進(jìn)去，你做什么都離不開錢。如果你僅僅是學(xué)的好玩，或者業(yè)余拿它當(dāng)作陶冶情操的工具，你只需要花有限的金錢就能達(dá)到自己的目的。你可以選擇一個相對便宜的培訓(xùn)中心和一個負(fù)責(zé)任的老師來教你并使你在其中得到樂趣。但是如果你想走專業(yè)的路，音樂就好比一個黑洞把你的錢源源不斷地吸進(jìn)去：找個資深的老師要錢、租琴房要錢、買樂器要錢、上大學(xué)交學(xué)費(fèi)要錢、甚至賄賂音樂學(xué)院的老師也要錢。?

???????? Take piano course for an instance. It takes 200 yuan per hour to learn skill from a student in music conservatory, 300 yuan to learn from a lecturer in music collage, 600 yuan from an associate professor, 800 yuan from a professor. Generally, you can’t build Rome in a day, you must spend *************** of handsome money to extract skills from your teacher. To learn authentic technique, not a few of my classmates went so far as to pay thousands yuan to invite a virtuoso to give directions within an hour. Further more, to have insurance for themselves to be matriculated at NAI, most of students bribe examiners in a disguised form, they served as apprentices to them a year ahead of the entrance examination, use tuition as a way to bribe their teacher. Sometimes you are suggested by your teacher: your instrument is not good, I advice you to buy a new one in an appointed music company, you just tell the seller I introduced you, in this way your teacher gets kickbacks from it. When you get them ‘fed’, there will be a very good chance that you succeed in the entrance examination and are admitted by the music school.?

???????? 就拿鋼琴課來說吧。如果你想從一個音樂學(xué)院的學(xué)生那里學(xué)習(xí)技能你需要花每小時兩百元的課時費(fèi)，音樂學(xué)院的講師則收取每小時三百元，副教授六百元，正教授八百元。通常羅馬不是一天建成的，你需要花好幾年和數(shù)以年記的可觀金錢才能從老師身上套取足夠的技能和知識。為了學(xué)到真本事，我們班上的很多同學(xué)甚至花數(shù)千塊錢去找大師指點(diǎn)迷津。更有甚者，一些人為了讓他們被南藝錄取打包票，他們變相地賄賂考官，他們通常會在離考試不到一年的時間里拜在考官的門下，用課時費(fèi)這種方式賄賂他們。有時候老師會建議你：你的樂器不行，我推薦你到某個指定的琴行去買一件新樂器，你只需要告訴他我介紹你來的就行了，這樣老師就能從中抽取回扣。當(dāng)你充分“喂飽”了他們，你就有很大的可能性在入學(xué)考試當(dāng)中名列前茅并被音樂學(xué)院錄取。

?? ? ? ? As I was totally ignorant of it from the beginning, I suffered terribly from those sanctimonious teachers even if NAI admitted me. My life faith is to get everything OK by my wits and ability and I never acted as a opportunist. In my world view, it is only when a person with no skills that he acts as an opportunist. Therefore I never bribe anyone, and I have no idea of what ‘bribe philosophy’ is. As I am an exception among most of my schoolmates offering bribes to teachers, I was treated differently from them by the head teacher. It pains me that good luck seemed to be wholly denied to me and everyone looked coldly upon me. Even so I insisted on my principle: do everything with my real learning, as long as I am a piece of gold, I will shine no matter what situation is. Yet frustratingly, till I left school, I was never seriously considered.?

???????? 因?yàn)閯傞_始我對這種東西一無所知，所以盡管我被南藝錄取了，我還是在那些道貌岸然的老師那里吃盡了苦頭。我的人生信條是做什么事都憑自己的真本事，我從來都不會投機(jī)取巧。在我的世界觀里，只有那種沒本事的人才會投機(jī)取巧。所以我從來不賄賂任何人，我對于“賄賂的哲學(xué)”一點(diǎn)概念都沒有。當(dāng)學(xué)校里面除了我之外的絕大部分同學(xué)都賄賂老師時，我被班主任區(qū)別對待了。讓我痛苦的是所有好機(jī)會都與我無緣，所有人都對我冷眼相看。盡管如此我還是堅(jiān)持著我的原則：用自己的真本事把所有事都搞定，只要我是塊金子不管到哪里都會發(fā)光。但是令人沮喪的是，直到我離校都沒有得到任何人的重用。?

???????? Needless to say, I was born to a relatively well-off family. My father is a professor in Nanjing Forestry University. He can afford me a professional music education. In spite of this, I am unwilling to receive it. For one thing, as I don’t have a job, my parents have to handle day-to-day finances of our family, if they are relied on to pay my tuition, it will be a heavy burden to them. Anyway, I will be jobless for many years to come and their money is mine after all, if I spend it lavishly, I will end up in a condition that I have no other choice but to give up my occupation and seek odd jobs outside. For another, I have a strong self-learning ability. I make rapid progress even without a teacher giving directions on my music composition. It benefits from the tough learning condition in my early years. When I was very young, I was eager to learn everything new but couldn’t find myself an appropriate teacher, to adapt the situation of the day, I could not but develop a super-strong ability to learn knowledge by myself. So, I don’t need to rely on anyone to give me instructions. Further more, as I have a special feeling towards music, it is unnecessary for me to do anything but follow my inspiration.?

???????? 不必說的是，我出生在一個相對富裕的家庭。我爸爸是南林大的教授，他的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力能夠支撐我完成音樂上的學(xué)業(yè)。盡管如此，我還是不愿意接受專業(yè)音樂教育。一方面因?yàn)槲覜]有工作，我的父母不得不負(fù)擔(dān)起家庭的日常開銷，如果我把音樂上的學(xué)費(fèi)也賴在他們身上，那無疑對他們是一筆不小的負(fù)擔(dān)。不管怎么說，我在未來很長一段時間都不會有工作，他們的錢畢竟也是我的錢，如果我就這樣揮霍掉，最終我不得不淪落到一種境地：放棄自己正在從事的事業(yè)到外面去打零工掙錢。另一方面我有很強(qiáng)的自學(xué)能力，即便沒有老師指點(diǎn)我作曲我也能進(jìn)展神速，這得益于我早年艱苦的學(xué)習(xí)條件，記得那還是我小時候，我渴望學(xué)習(xí)一切新東西卻苦于找不到一個合適的老師，為了適應(yīng)當(dāng)時的狀況我只能發(fā)展出超強(qiáng)的自學(xué)能力，所以我不必靠任何人給我指引。除此之外我對音樂有一種獨(dú)特的感覺，我除了跟著感覺走以外不必做任何事情。

?? ? ? ? ?Since I was admitted into law school in 2018, the third semester is drawing to an end. I have already let each of my classmates know my talent. It spends me 2400 yuan per year here for tuition, a really good bargain! If it is a well-known conservatory of music, it at least cost me 20 thousand yuan a year! Considering that I am short of nothing, my only need is to integrate into the society and contact with different kind of people, I am like a duck takes to the water now. Here, there is no one envying me, no one trying to overshadow me to get to the top, everyone is on my side. Without a great deal of money, I can achieve my goal at a minimum cost. I believe without a few more years, I can achieve what I want and become a virtuoso significantly higher than those trained professionally for years.?

???????? 從我2018年進(jìn)入南大法學(xué)院算起，目前第三學(xué)期已經(jīng)接近尾聲，我已經(jīng)讓同班的所有同學(xué)見識了我的能力。這里的學(xué)費(fèi)只要2400元一年，多便宜啊！如果是一所知名音樂院校的話至少得一年兩萬！鑒于我什么都不缺，我唯一的需求是融入社會跟不同的人接觸，我現(xiàn)在過得如魚得水。在這里沒有人嫉妒我，也沒有人踩著我往上爬，所有人都站在我這一邊。這樣不耗費(fèi)太多的錢，我就能以最小的代價達(dá)到目的，我相信用不了幾年，我就能得到自己想要的東西，成為一個遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于那些受專業(yè)訓(xùn)練很多年之人的音樂大師。?
