個(gè)人覺(jué)得我寫(xiě)的比范文好哈哈哈，不過(guò)有的時(shí)態(tài)可能有問(wèn)題，就喜歡這種老長(zhǎng)一句自己可以帶進(jìn)去，然后成為復(fù)讀機(jī)就好了。

With the changllenge of starting a career after graduation ?become difficult,it has triggeed a heated discussion.As far as I am concerned,I am in line with view that sutudents start a career has risen steeply difficulty.(原本difficult但是好像不通應(yīng)該可以改成難度，嗯哼，這個(gè)單詞就有這個(gè)意思)But I'm convinced that it will be resolved.

隨著畢業(yè)后創(chuàng)業(yè)的挑戰(zhàn)變得困難，它引發(fā)了一場(chǎng)熱烈的討論。就我而言，我的看法是，學(xué)生開(kāi)始一個(gè)職業(yè)已經(jīng)上升了陡峭的困難。但我相信問(wèn)題會(huì)得到解決。

First off,as is known to all,the primary rationale is that Chinese students has increasing with the deep of education.Never can use ignore the indispensability of experience for graduated students include can't express themselves and can't use working method quickly.Therefore,it reinforces my point that the challege of starting career after graduation is enormous.
首先，眾所周知，主要的理由是中國(guó)學(xué)生隨著教育的深入不斷增加。永遠(yuǎn)不能用忽視經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不可缺少的畢業(yè)生包括不能表達(dá)自己和不能快速使用工作方法。(原本意思不能快速使用工作思維而不是學(xué)校的應(yīng)試思維)因此，它強(qiáng)化了我的觀點(diǎn)，畢業(yè)后開(kāi)始職業(yè)生涯的挑戰(zhàn)是巨大的。

Furthermore,the second noteworthy reason is that them will expense more on eating and living beacause of they can't eating and living in school.(哈哈哈，這話(huà)牛不牛，套娃啊)Thus,it is not exaggerated to say that the challenge of starting a career after graduation is vast.
此外，第二個(gè)值得注意的原因是，他們將花費(fèi)更多的飲食和生活，因?yàn)樗麄儾荒茉趯W(xué)校吃飯和生活。因此，毫不夸張地說(shuō)，畢業(yè)后開(kāi)始職業(yè)生涯的挑戰(zhàn)是巨大的。

Last but not least,there is no denying that the work time is not exactly(也可以用clearly，不過(guò)我實(shí)在不知道用什么詞性，湊合看吧).If your company implict you to work more than first,you are difficult to say no(也可以用拒絕refuse，今天刷豆瓣刷了很多拒絕單休和996的，有點(diǎn)上頭).Thus,it is reasonable to reach the conclusion that student will face many unfair stituations.(寫(xiě)錯(cuò)了情況situation，啊這或許改卷老師會(huì)以為他看錯(cuò)了呢)treatment待遇沒(méi)想起來(lái)這個(gè)
最后但并非最不重要的是，不可否認(rèn)的是，工作時(shí)間并不確切。如果你的公司暗示你要多工作，你很難說(shuō)不。因此，我們有理由得出這樣的結(jié)論，學(xué)生將面臨許多不公平的制度。

In summary,taking into account all the factors above,I reiterate my standpoint that the challenge of starting a career after graduation is enormous.Thus,we should help students and our country has do it.

綜上所述，考慮到以上所有因素，我重申我的觀點(diǎn)，畢業(yè)后開(kāi)始職業(yè)生涯的挑戰(zhàn)是巨大的。因此，我們應(yīng)該幫助學(xué)生和我們的國(guó)家已經(jīng)這樣做了。（國(guó)家讓學(xué)生有應(yīng)屆生身份，企業(yè)招收應(yīng)屆生有錢(qián)拿巴拉巴拉，算了這是英語(yǔ)）
