在意大利駐廣州總領(lǐng)館的大力支持下，意大利對(duì)外貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（Italian Trade Agency）與Wine to Asia國際展會(huì)一起，將特邀重磅嘉賓國際知名酒評(píng)家伊安·達(dá)加塔（Ian D'Agata）于9月24日親臨廣州，為Wine to Asia 廣州特別活動(dòng)（Guangzhou Special Edition）活動(dòng)揭幕，并呈現(xiàn)一場(chǎng)名為“百家爭鳴的意大利原生葡萄及風(fēng)土 The Great Diversity of Italy's Many Wine Grapes and Terroirs”的精彩大師班。

Under the strong support of the Italian Consulate General in Guangzhou, Italian Trade Agency, together with Wine to Asia International Wine & Spirits Fair will invite Ian D'Agata, a famous international wine critic, to personally unveil the Wine to Asia Guangzhou Special Edition, a wonderful master class named "The Great Diversity of Italy's Many Wine Grapes and Terroirs" on the morning of September 24, 2022.

風(fēng)土Terroir，無疑是近年葡萄酒界最受矚目的名詞之一。這種對(duì)于原產(chǎn)地的尊重，對(duì)于葡萄酒個(gè)性化的尊重理念，在Wine to Asia的各大展區(qū)及大師班都體現(xiàn)得淋漓盡致。

Terroir is undoubtedly one of the most attractive terms in the wine industry in recent years. This respect for place of origin and the concept of personalized wine has been fully reflected in the major exhibition areas and master classes of Wine to Asia.

本次大師班酒單由伊安·達(dá)加塔先生親自挑選，橫跨意大利全境多個(gè)產(chǎn)區(qū)及原生葡萄品種，所有酒款皆代表了伊安·達(dá)加塔先生對(duì)于意大利本土葡萄酒品種及風(fēng)土的深刻理解和尊敬。

值得一提的是本次大師班還將獲得伊安·達(dá)加塔首席中國學(xué)生劉澤宇的特別協(xié)助。這位年僅25歲的侍酒師在今年成功通過了賞源風(fēng)土研究院（TerroirSense Wine Academy）的意大利偉大風(fēng)土葡萄酒課程高級(jí)認(rèn)證，并獲得在意大利國寶級(jí)米其林三星餐廳——上海 Da Vittorio 的深造機(jī)會(huì)。

It is worth mentioning that this master class will also be assisted by Liu Zeyu (Louis Odin), the chief Chinese student of Ian D’Agata. This 25-year-old sommelier successfully passed the advanced certification of the great Italian terroir wine course of the Terroirsense Wine Academy this year, and obtained the opportunity to further study in Da Vittorio, a three-star Michelin restaurant, a national treasure of Italy.

“我愛意大利葡萄酒”（I Love Italian Wines）是由意大利國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展部（Italian Ministry of Economic Devlopment）和意大利對(duì)外貿(mào)易委員會(huì)聯(lián)合舉辦的官方系列活動(dòng)，旨在通過專業(yè)、權(quán)威的方式和渠道幫助內(nèi)業(yè)人士了解意大利葡萄酒。

“I love Italian Wines” is an official initiative jointly organized by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and ITA/ICE Italian Trade Agency. It aims to help local wine professionals better understand Italian wine through professional and authoritative ways and channels

自2016年至今，本活動(dòng)已在北京、上海、深圳、廣州、成都、西安、南寧、長沙、武漢、天津、青島、溫州、鄭州、廈門、沈陽、重慶和杭州 17 個(gè)城市中成功舉辦了 34 期，已有超 1300 名學(xué)員自主成為意大利葡萄酒推廣使者，在他們的推廣下，約超過 4千萬 的消費(fèi)者選擇和接納了意酒。

Since 2016, this activity has successfully held 34 sessions in 17 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Nanning, Changsha, Wuhan, Tianjin, Qingdao, Wenzhou, Zhengzhou, Xiamen, Shenyang, Chongqing and Hangzhou. More than 1300 students have become Italian wine promotion ambassadors. With their promotion, more than 40 million consumers have chosen and accepted Italian wine.
