HRSV基因組全長(zhǎng)約15.2 kb,按照3′到5′順序含有10個(gè)基因,分別為3′ -leader-NS1-NS2-N-P-M-SH-G-F-M2-L-trailer-5′,共編碼11種蛋白,包括2個(gè)非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白及9個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白。NS1、NS2是非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白,其主要功能是抑制干擾素的合成。核衣殼蛋白(N)與磷蛋白(P)為病毒核酸合成提供場(chǎng)所,多聚酶亞單位蛋白(L)是病毒核酸轉(zhuǎn)錄和復(fù)制的必需成分?;|(zhì)蛋白(M)是內(nèi)包膜蛋白,可以有效抑制宿主細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄。M2-1為核蛋白相關(guān)蛋白,所包含的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子與病毒轉(zhuǎn)錄有關(guān)。M2下游開放閱讀框編碼M2-2調(diào)控蛋白,負(fù)責(zé)病毒粒子組裝過程中RNA合成;其中小疏水(SH)、附著(G)和融合(F)基因編碼病毒的3種表面蛋白,其中G、F蛋白是HRSV兩個(gè)重要膜表面糖蛋白,刺激機(jī)體產(chǎn)生中和抗體,G蛋白輔助病毒黏附于宿主細(xì)胞,F(xiàn)蛋白負(fù)責(zé)病毒融合和合胞體形成,而SH蛋白功能尚不清楚,可能與病毒感染有關(guān)。
