遇到的問題
回復日常的輕抑郁狀態(tài)了，負面情緒在將出未出之間。這是我認知的自己最佳的心理狀態(tài)，與我的目標和生活方式完美契合。
反思
一般這種狀態(tài)下，如果做事，效率會很高，因為雜念很少，但是危險的地方在于不能停，一停下來就會被負面思緒裹挾，所以任何狀態(tài)都是考慮如何揚長避短，這種時候拼命做事即可。
我們無法保證我們的心態(tài)永久持續(xù)穩(wěn)定積極，那么就用行動推動生命，而不是用思想裹挾腳步，做事做事就好。
