磷脂-聚乙二醇-羥基（DSPE-PEG-OH）是一種雜多酸雙功能DSPE-PEG衍生物，其羥基和磷脂通過線性PEG連接體橋聯(lián)，DSPE（1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺）是一種18碳飽和磷脂PEG衍生物，已用于脂質(zhì)體的制備。這個(gè)分子上的羥基可以進(jìn)一步活化，與其他官能團(tuán)反應(yīng)。
