給客戶寫(xiě)郵件，很多時(shí)候一種意思可以有幾種不同的表達(dá)。我一直遵循用最簡(jiǎn)單通俗的英語(yǔ)給客戶寫(xiě)明白一件事情就行，也是因?yàn)樽约河⒄Z(yǔ)水平有限，不太會(huì)用很高深的英語(yǔ)。

有時(shí)候，我們?cè)谟懻撘恍┍热缦裰匾贤€有一些關(guān)于退換貨內(nèi)容的時(shí)候，語(yǔ)氣和用語(yǔ)就要相對(duì)注意。

今天我們從別人的郵件中學(xué)習(xí)一些不同的表達(dá)！

Dear xxx,

When we were discussing the problems of the draft contract two days ago, you suggested that I simply mail you a report on the number of defective containers rather than send the defective containers to you.

I agree on this option, and I plan to put this into effect in the contract. But, first want to make sure that I understand you correctly. If I don't hear from you within the coming week about this in different options, I'll assume that you approve.
