在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標(biāo)志屬?gòu)?qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在火災(zāi)探測(cè)和火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-16）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售并打開(kāi)其他國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。

This European Standard specifies requirements，methods of test and performance criteria for voice alarm control and indicating equipment for use in fire detection and fire alarm systems installed in buildings, where the alarm signal is in the form of tone(s) or voice message(s), or both.

lt also provides for the evaluation of conformity of the equipment to the requirements of this European Standard.

NOTE The overall requirements of a voice alarm system, especally concerming audiblity and intelligibility, are not covered in this part of EN 54. The manufacturer should consider requirements of an overall system that may affect the equipment design. Such system requirements may be specified in another part of EN 54, in national legislation, codes and standards or in contractual documents.
