有人問我最近用得比較多的開發(fā)郵件有哪些？其實說不準(zhǔn)，我會針對不同的客戶分別去寫，下單多都是幾個老客戶。新客戶也是由老客戶推薦居多，偶爾會遇到幾個從社媒或者B2B平臺來的客戶。

我會借助最近促銷季的思路，給客戶發(fā)一下類似下面的郵件，大家可以參考一下：

Dear xxx,

Greetings.

We manufacture xxx products. during this hot sale season, Our price will be cheaper at least 10% than your current supplier for the same quality products.

Free samples and E-catalog will be provided if needed.

Here attached one hot sale list for reference.(根據(jù)客戶的實際情況做的清單)

Looking for further discussion.

對于之前跟進過，但是沒有確定的客戶，也會根據(jù)不同客戶用下面這個：

Dear xxx

Time flies. Hope you everything goes perfect during this year.

Do you have any purchase plan for year 2023. If you have any inquiry about xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and some other products. (這里寫上你們的產(chǎn)品，就是客戶可能會感興趣的產(chǎn)品) We would like to send you free samples for them.

Kindly feel free to contact us if you are interested in them.

Here we attached one list for the products you required before. just part of it. most of the price was updated.

If you need other items price, pls get back to me at this week.

之前注冊的一些B2B平臺，最近這段時間收到幾封詢盤，沒有怎么調(diào)查就按照客戶的詢盤內(nèi)容做了回復(fù)。也有客戶給回復(fù)了WhatsApp和聯(lián)系方式！

Thanks for your inquiry and interesting in our products. This is xxx from xxx. we are manufacturer of xxx and some related products in xxx.

Kindly check our best offer based on EXW terms as below:

1) Item: xxxx(產(chǎn)品名稱)

接下來的郵件，你可以用郵件組進行跟進。一封附上生產(chǎn)線圖片，一封附上公司簡介的，一封附上展廳的，一封附上出貨的，一封附上客戶反饋的，還有公司證書類等。針對不同的客戶用不同的方式跟進，這樣幾封郵件來回，客戶對你也有了更深入的了解。

如果客戶有實單，這一系列操作下來，基本都會收到回復(fù)。沒有就換一種方式，比如打個電話問是否有收到我們的報價和郵件等。
