應(yīng)用文寫作之倡議書

一、結(jié)構(gòu)

稱呼

正文：引出倡議目的；列舉倡議舉措

結(jié)尾：回扣主題，呼吁參與

落款

二、特點(diǎn)：為倡議、發(fā)起某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)而寫的號(hào)召性的公開提議性的專用書信，多用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)或一般將來時(shí)。

三、寫作思路

1.開門見山，擺出現(xiàn)狀（倡議目的）

擺現(xiàn)狀：Nowadays，Today/In.recent years，As is known to all眾所周知，It is obvious that很明顯

表目的：

To/In order to do.….

for the purpose of V-ing......

sb. aims to promote/improve ......

2.列出具體倡議措施（表明倡議理由）

框架：

Therefore，there are at least 1/2/3 things we can do.

因此，至少有 件事是我們可以做的。

First of all，Second，F(xiàn)inally.

內(nèi)容：

sb. be supposed to/should do 應(yīng)該做...

It is suggested that... 建議做...

It would be better if... 虛擬語(yǔ)氣，如果...會(huì)更好

理由：

on the one hand, ...on the other hand, ...（不是用來表轉(zhuǎn)折而是表達(dá)事物的兩個(gè)方面）

not only...but also...

此外：in addition，also，besides，what's more，furthermore，moreover，etc.

3.回扣主題，呼吁參與

Let's act hand in hand！

讓我們攜手行動(dòng)！

I hope our behaviors will make a difference.

我希望我們的行動(dòng)會(huì)讓一切有所不同。

I think it's certainly meaningful to our long-term interests.

我認(rèn)為這對(duì)我們的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益肯定是有意義的。
