1. 年齡等級

分析：Listing后臺缺少產(chǎn)品的適用年齡描述，在后臺更新好即可。

2. 進口商信息

亞馬遜回復：

The CPC submitted is missing required information. To move forward with the approvals process for your product, please resubmit the document with the following updated information:

US importer or domestic manufacturer name, mailing address, contact information located in United States.

分析：CPC證書內(nèi)缺少進口商信息，需要補全相關(guān)信息。

3. 測試結(jié)果維護聯(lián)系人

亞馬遜回復：

Contact information for the individual maintaining records, including name, full mailing address, email address,and telephone number.

分析：CPC證書上缺少測試結(jié)果維護聯(lián)系人的相關(guān)信息。

4. 合規(guī)文件缺少

亞馬遜回復：

In order to review your documents related to Product Assurance of Toys, please submit them on Vendor Central using the following steps:

4.1. In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates

4.2. Click on Missing Compliance Documents;

4.3. Search for the affected ASIN and then;

4.4. Click Add to upload the documents.

分析：不要在CASE中回復內(nèi)容和提交文件，需要在菜單目錄欄找到查看銷售申請，再找到被拒絕的ASIN，重新提交證書進行審核。

5. 產(chǎn)品圖片信息

亞馬遜回復：

Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:

* Manufacturer Name

* Manufacturer Address

* Warning label (as applicable

分析：亞馬遜要求的第一項商品圖片中，產(chǎn)品的實拍圖需要清楚地體現(xiàn)出制造商名稱、制造商地址和警告標語等。

警告語格式也有要求，3歲以下使用含有小部件的需要體現(xiàn)。

6. CPC證書蓋章問題

亞馬遜回復：

In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.

分析：CPC的本質(zhì)是一份自我聲明，是由進口商或者制作商簽發(fā)的（實際操作中，多數(shù)情況都是由貿(mào)易商自主簽發(fā)），只有CPC的測試報告是由檢測機構(gòu)蓋章簽發(fā)的。所以不能用檢測機構(gòu)蓋章的CPC證書，用了大概率過不了審核。

7. 信息

分析：沒有提供，或者是的信息填寫錯誤導致。

涉及到需要提供的商品一般是耐用的嬰兒消費品，并且危險程度相對較高。比如圍欄、門欄、背帶、學步車、搖籃等等。

8. 警告標語

亞馬遜回復：

In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following item.Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.

分析：產(chǎn)品頁面編輯頁面CPSIA那欄沒有填寫內(nèi)容，需要下拉選擇適合自己產(chǎn)品的Warning警示語！

9. 缺少電池測試

亞馬遜回復：

Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with the approval process until the following required documentation is provided:

Kindly provide the following outstanding items as per ASTM F963-17:

4.25- Battery Operated Toys

If you feel your product is exempt from the above sections/requirements, please provide a statement from your lab or regulation exempting your product for our review.

分析：電動玩具的測試標準，除了ASTM F963-16/17和CPSIA，還需要做電池部分的ASTM Section 4.25關(guān)于電池驅(qū)動和電池部分的測試，若測試報告缺乏這項測試，會導致無法過審。（產(chǎn)品是內(nèi)置電池、外接干電池、USB供電、直插供電的都需要做這個測試項目）。

10. 商品型號或者ASIN不匹配

亞馬遜回復：

Product description or product identifier enabling us to make an accurate determination that the certificate is issued for the correct product.

分析：提示CPC證書里面缺少ASIN或產(chǎn)品型號和product description（產(chǎn)品描述），導致無法將CPC測試報告和Listing建立上聯(lián)系。

11. 缺少相關(guān)標識

亞馬遜回復：

The picture must contain all the following relevant information: safety information and registration card, compliance signs (including tracking labels), commodity hazard warning.

分析：圖片沒有包含所有以下相關(guān)信息：安全信息和、合規(guī)標志（包括追蹤標簽）、商品危險警告。
