網(wǎng)絡(luò)的廣泛應(yīng)用給生活帶來了十分的便利。所以把學(xué)院通知與文件分享管理與現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合，利用java技術(shù)建設(shè)學(xué)院通知與文件分享系統(tǒng)app，實現(xiàn)學(xué)院通知與文件分享的信息化。則對于進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)院通知與文件分享管理發(fā)展，豐富學(xué)院通知與文件分享管理經(jīng)驗?zāi)芷鸬讲簧俚拇龠M(jìn)作用。

學(xué)院通知與文件分享系統(tǒng)app能夠通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)得到廣泛的、全面的宣傳，讓盡可能多的用戶了解和熟知學(xué)院通知與文件分享系統(tǒng)app的便捷高效，不僅為群眾提供了服務(wù)，而且也推廣了自己，讓更多的群眾了解自己。對于學(xué)院通知與文件分享而言，若擁有自己的app，通過系統(tǒng)得到更好的管理，同時提升了形象。

Abstract

The wide application of network has brought great convenience to life. Therefore, the college notice and file sharing management combined with the current network, using Java technology to build the college notice and file sharing system APP, realize the college notice and file sharing information. It can further improve the management development of notice and file sharing and enrich the management experience of notice and file sharing.

College notice and file sharing system APP can be widely and comprehensively publicized through the Internet, so that as many users as possible can understand and be familiar with the convenience and efficiency of college notice and file sharing system APP. It not only provides services for the masses, but also promotes itself, so that more people know themselves. For the notice and file sharing of the college, if it has its own APP, it can get better management through the system and improve its image.

The status and trend of the app design, from the requirements, structure, database and other aspects of the design to the implementation of the APP, respectively for the front and back end implementation. The content of the paper shows the development process from the aspects of system design, description, implementation, analysis and testing. This app selects a feasible development scheme according to the actual situation, realizes all functions of the app with the help of Java programming language and MySQL database, and then tests the system to test whether there are loopholes in the system and test user permissions to improve the APP, and finally the APP meets relevant standards.

教師和學(xué)生進(jìn)入APP可以實現(xiàn)首頁、通知文件、在線提問、系統(tǒng)公告、我的等內(nèi)容；

教師在我的頁面可以對個人中心、通知文件、在線提問、我的收藏管理等功能進(jìn)行操作。

學(xué)生在我的頁面可以對個人中心、通知文件、在線提問、日程安排、我的收藏管理等功能進(jìn)行操作。

（2）管理員功能需求

管理員登陸后，主要包括首頁、個人中心、學(xué)生管理、教師管理、標(biāo)簽管理、通知文件管理、在線提問管理、日程安排管理、系統(tǒng)管理等功能。
