美國玩具亞馬遜CPC認證審核不通過的指南看過來！

美國玩具所需認證：
出口美國的玩具常見要求有：
① 美國上架玩具產品之前，一般需要提供兒童商品證書，通過才可以銷售。
②ASTM F963物理機械性能測試、易燃性測試、八大重金屬測試 。
③ 消費品安全改進法案 CPSIA（HR4040），鉛、鄰苯二甲酸鹽。
注意：有小部件的玩具，應將小零件警告作為一項 CPSIA 屬性顯示在詳情頁面上。
而其中亞馬遜賣家最常見的問題就是CPC認證不通過。
CPC證書需要包含的信息
CPC認證的難點在于你明明按要求提交了資料，但是還是沒有通過，直接就被拒絕了。
遇到CPC被拒的情況，首先需要檢測你的CPC證書是否有按要求包含以下七點信息：
1、產品信息；
2、產品適用的所有的法規(guī)和條列；
3、進口商或制造商（美國本土）的信息：包括名稱、地址和電話；
4、支撐證書的檢測結果檔案持有人的聯(lián)系信息：名稱、地址、郵箱地址和電話。（通常可以理解為美國本土以外的制造商）；
5、產品生產日期和地址，生產日期必須到年月，地址必須到城市；
6、檢測時間和地址或者證書基于的檢測報告
7、第三方檢測機構信息（CPSC認可的實驗室）：名稱、地址、聯(lián)系電話。
如果你的證書包含了以上信息卻還是被拒了，則需要根據(jù)亞馬遜回復的郵件內容來針對性解決了。
亞馬遜郵件內容分析：
1 年齡等級
亞馬遜回復：

Listing后臺缺少產品的適用年齡描述，在后臺更新好即可。
2 進口商信息
亞馬遜回復：
The CPC submitted is missing required information. To move forward with the approvals process for your product, please resubmit the document with the following updated information:
US importer or domestic manufacturer name, mailing address, contact information located in United States.
分析：
CPC證書內缺少進口商信息，需要補全相關信息。
3 測試結果維護聯(lián)系人
亞馬遜回復：
Contact information for the individual maintaining records, including name, full mailing address, email address,and telephone number.
分析：
CPC證書上缺少測試結果維護聯(lián)系人的相關信息。
4 合規(guī)文件缺少
亞馬遜回復：
In order to review your documents related to Product Assurance of Toys, please submit them on Vendor Central using the following steps:
4.1. In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates
4.2. Click on Missing Compliance Documents;
4.3. Search for the affected ASIN and then;
4.4. Click Add to upload the documents.
分析：
不要在CASE中回復內容和提交文件，需要在菜單目錄欄找到查看銷售申請，再找到被拒絕的ASIN，重新提交證書進行審核。
5 產品圖片信息
亞馬遜回復：
Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:
* Manufacturer Name
* Manufacturer Address

分析：
亞馬遜要求的第一項商品圖片中，產品的實拍圖需要清楚地體現(xiàn)出制造商名稱、制造商地址和警告標語等。
警告語格式也有要求，3歲以下使用含有小部件的需要體現(xiàn)。
6 CPC證書蓋章問題
亞馬遜回復：
In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.
The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.
分析：
CPC的本質是一份自我聲明，是由進口商或者制作商簽發(fā)的（實際操作中，多數(shù)情況都是由貿易商自主簽發(fā)），只有CPC的測試報告是由檢測機構蓋章簽發(fā)的。所以不能用檢測機構蓋章的CPC證書，用了大概率過不了審核。
7 注冊卡信息
亞馬遜回復：

分析：
沒有提供注冊卡，或者是注冊卡的信息填寫錯誤導致。
涉及到需要提供注冊卡的商品一般是耐用的嬰兒消費品，并且危險程度相對較高。比如圍欄、門欄、背帶、學步車、搖籃等等。
8 警告標語
亞馬遜回復：
In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following item.Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.
分析：
產品頁面編輯頁面CPSIA那欄沒有填寫內容，需要下拉選擇適合自己產品的Warning警示語！
9 缺少電池測試
亞馬遜回復：
Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with the approval process until the following required documentation is provided:
Kindly provide the following outstanding items as per ASTM F963-17:
? 4.25- Battery Operated Toys
If you feel your product is exempt from the above sections/requirements, please provide a statement from your lab or regulation exempting your product for our review.
分析：
電動玩具的測試標準，除了ASTM F963-16/17和CPSIA，還需要做電池部分的ASTM Section 4.25關于電池驅動和電池部分的測試，若測試報告缺乏這項測試，會導致無法過審。（產品是內置電池、外接干電池、USB供電、直插供電的都需要做這個測試項目）。
10 商品型號或者ASIN不匹配
亞馬遜回復：
Product description or product identifier enabling us to make an accurate determination that the certificate is issued for the correct product.
分析：
提示CPC證書里面缺少ASIN或產品型號和product description（產品描述），導致無法將CPC測試報告和Listing建立上聯(lián)系。
11 缺少相關標識
亞馬遜回復：
The picture must contain all the following relevant information: safety information and registration card, compliance signs (including tracking labels), commodity hazard warning.
分析：
圖片沒有包含所有以下相關信息：安全信息和注冊卡、合規(guī)標志（包括追蹤標簽）、商品危險警告。
CPC不通過怎么解決？
1 商品型號或者ASIN不匹配
檢查CPC中檢測的型號和ASIN，每個產品供應商肯定有編號，這個編號在上架的時候填寫好，與CPC上的一致就行。如果真的遇到不匹配的，只能修改后臺或者CPC認證報告的內容。
2 產品圖片缺失
檢查CPC文件，一般在PDF文檔的最后幾頁會有相關產品的圖片信息。
如果有確定有圖片還被提示圖片缺失，那就郵件回復圖片在PDF的具體位置。如果沒有，可以直接郵件回復亞馬遜，添加產品有關圖片的附件。
3 產品包裝信息缺失
需要包裝上提現(xiàn)供應商名字、地址等信息，并拍照提交。
值得注意的是，地址和信息要跟你后臺上架的時候填的供應商地址一致，不然可能不會通過。
4 更新CPSIA警告提示
在后臺編輯商品頁面，詳情編輯的下方就有CPSIA提示，按產品具體情況選擇警告信息即可。
