室內(nèi)加熱器CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強制認(rèn)證）－簡介

在歐盟市場“CE”標(biāo)志屬強制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求。

在室內(nèi)加熱器加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13240）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執(zhí)行

This European Standard specifies requirements relating to the design, manufacture, construction, safety and performance (efficiency and emission) instructions and marking together with associated test methods and test fuels for type testing residential room heaters fired by solid fuel.

This Standard is applicable to non-mechanically fired appliances, which are listed under categories 1a and 2aof Table 1.These appliances provide heat into the space where they are installed. Additionally, where fitted with a boiler, they also provide domestic hot water and or central heating. These appliances may burn either solid mineral fuels, peat briquettes, natural or manufactured wood logs or be multi-fuel in accordance with the appliance manufacturer's instructions.

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了有關(guān)設(shè)計、制造、建造、安全和性能(效率和排放)指令和標(biāo)記的要求，以及相關(guān)的測試方法和測試燃料，用于固體燃料燃燒的住宅房間加熱器的型式測試。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于表1中1a和2a類所列的非機械燃燒器具。這些設(shè)備為安裝它們的空間提供熱量。此外，如果安裝了鍋爐，它們還提供家庭熱水和/或集中供暖。這些器具可以燃燒固體礦物燃料、泥炭塊、天然或人造原木，也可以根據(jù)器具制造商的說明使用多種燃料。

室內(nèi)加熱器CE認(rèn)證－EN 13240–認(rèn)證流程

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，室內(nèi)加熱器需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，室內(nèi)加熱器需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13240

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13240進行測試評估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測試報告和證書

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
