戶外用品箱包廠如何處理發(fā)霉的冰袋？

根據(jù)我司至戶外用品廠，以目前觀察到冰袋實物的情況，依我司多年的冰袋翻箱除霉經(jīng)驗，gzzxsc.cn建議按照下面方法針對冰袋翻箱處理，確保翻箱除霉后的冰袋不再發(fā)霉。

冰袋翻箱除霉防霉作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書

1. 目的：

使發(fā)霉的冰袋處理之后不再生長霉菌；

3、冰袋為什么容易發(fā)霉：

3.Mildew cause analysis：

1、織帶、冰袋面料本身的結(jié)構(gòu)疏松，很容易吸收空氣中的濕氣，且織帶表面凹凸不平容易停留灰塵，只要溫度和濕度達到，霉菌便能生長繁殖。

2、箱包織帶會過膠漿，尤其是一些松緊帶、尼龍帶這些，含有豐富的蛋白質(zhì)、淀粉，這些都是霉菌生長所需的營養(yǎng)物。

3、織帶、冰袋面料在以前的染料中有加入甲苯這些物質(zhì)，能起到防霉防腐的作用，但是由于近幾年環(huán)保的原因這些產(chǎn)品也不能添加，因此霉菌很容易滋生。

4、存放冰袋的倉庫環(huán)境潮濕，含有大量微生物，導(dǎo)致冰袋吸附潮氣或感染微生物。

5、冰袋在海運的時候遇到集裝箱雨或集裝箱滲水導(dǎo)致在海運過程中出現(xiàn)發(fā)霉，這也是冰袋為什么在國內(nèi)沒有出現(xiàn)發(fā)霉，到了國外確出現(xiàn)發(fā)霉的原因。

步驟一

The first step

清潔冰袋發(fā)霉的織帶。

Clean the mildew ribbon weaving.

①用刷子沾上冰袋霉菌清潔劑清潔發(fā)霉的織帶上的霉菌、霉灰。

①Dip the anti-mildew and antibacterial treatment agent with a brush and clean the mildew ribbon weaving.

② 特別注意織帶縫隙處與冰袋面料折疊處要清潔到位。

步驟二

The second step

冰袋的側(cè)邊袋處理。

Treatment for the side of bag.

①在抹布或者直接在側(cè)邊袋里噴上冰袋防霉劑。

①Spray?anti-mildew and antibacterial treatment agent on the dishcloth or the side of bag.

②然后用抹布擦拭均勻。

②And then use the dishcloth to make it evenly.

步驟三

The third step

冰袋外整體處理。

The overall treatment for the bag.

①先在外整體噴上冰袋防霉劑。

①First of all, spray the anti-mildew and antibacterial treatment agent on the whole bag.

②再用抹布將冰袋防霉劑涂抹均勻。

②Then use the dishcloth to make the agent evenly.

步驟四

The fourth step

冰袋里部處理。

The inner treatment of bag.

①同上第三步操作，用冰袋防霉劑整體噴涂一遍。

①Do the treatment like the third step, and then spray the whole surface with anti-mildew treatment agent.

②再用抹布將冰袋防霉劑涂抹均勻。

②Then use the dishcloth to make the agent evenly.

步驟五

考慮到冰袋發(fā)霉翻箱除霉的特殊性，霉菌的可繁殖、傳染性，戶外用品廠在冰袋翻箱除霉處理時，盡量將之前用的包裝紙、塞紙全部更新，更換后的包裝在包裝內(nèi)側(cè)刷或噴上適量冰袋發(fā)霉處理劑，自然風(fēng)干再行包裝，包裝可參考gzzxsc的預(yù)防冰袋發(fā)霉方案中的包裝防霉措施處理，可在冰袋包裝時，在冰袋包裝箱內(nèi)或防潮袋內(nèi)放冰袋用防霉片與冰袋用干燥劑起到吸潮抗霉菌的作用。

Considering the special nature of mold removal by flipping over ice bags, the reproduction and infectivity of mold, outdoor product factories should try to update all the packaging paper and stoppers used before flipping over ice bags for mold removal. After replacement, the inner side of the packaging should be brushed or sprayed with an appropriate amount of ice bag mold treatment agent, and then dried naturally before packaging. 備注：

即使已發(fā)霉的冰袋經(jīng)過處理也不會再次發(fā)霉，但是，必須按照規(guī)范的方式處理。冰袋無論是在國內(nèi)還是國外出現(xiàn)發(fā)霉都能處理，將因冰袋發(fā)霉的損失降低。
