Today, I want to share the things I do to make sure my day goes well.
Even though my routine is quiet simple, it helps me happier and more positive.
1, Good sleep
It is important that have a good sleep. It support you engergy
2, Healy food
To eat healy and??nutritious food instead of junk food.? A balanced meal with a mix of protein,?carbohydrates, and fruits or vegetable?provides the energy for the day.

Sometimes in day time, I may feel sleepy.??While??phicical exercise can improve your state of mind.

4, learning?
Learning something new can make me fulfilling. So I study English and computer technology every day.?
5, relax
There're viouvar way to make myself relax. Sometimes hang out with friends, catch up with family, cook for my family, go glorcery shoping.?
6, recap my day before sleep
Before bed,?recaping the?productive?day and?thinking about good things that happened. It makes me grateful and peaceful.
