摩擦磨損性能?
通過(guò)錳黃銅在室溫下的濕摩擦系數(shù)隨磨損時(shí)間變化曲線可以看出,未合金化和鋯微合金化的濕摩擦系數(shù)變動(dòng)幅度均較小,都有較優(yōu)的耐磨性能。但是鋯微合金化的錳黃銅具有更低的平均摩擦系數(shù)(0.0254),與未合金化的錳黃銅(0.0315)相比降低了19.3%。
通過(guò)錳黃銅的磨痕形貌可以看出,摩擦后的表面特征有如下幾點(diǎn):
①沿滑動(dòng)方向上存在著明顯的犁溝,犁溝深且多;
②犁溝旁邊均出現(xiàn)了部分承載面。說(shuō)明該區(qū)域在摩擦力的作用下發(fā)生了塑性變形,但沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)裂紋,表明無(wú)脆性斷裂現(xiàn)象 [3]? 。
