閑話

有天，無意間和高中英語老師聊上。她問了我一個問題：

“你怎么看待競賽？如果能重來高中，你還會投入競賽這么多嗎？”

想起之前政治老師的一句話，政策變動，頂尖的學校不受影響，末流的學校也無所謂，最要命的是那些不上不下的學校。

大量時間金錢精力虛擲，換一個沒法派上用場的省一，留下太差而追不上的高考成績，怎么看都是筆賠本買賣。一如《龍族》的“something for nothing”。路明澤告訴路明非，這句話字面上是“用什么東西來換來虛無”。

我想了一下，回復(fù)了英語老師《小王子》的一句摘抄：

“what is essential is invisible to the eye.”
