Astilbin(落新婦苷)
落新婦苷(,Astilbin)是一種黃烷酮糖苷,其經(jīng)糖苷鍵被(+)-紫杉醇在位置3處被α-L-鼠李糖基部分取代。落新婦苷具有自由基清除劑,抗炎劑和植物代謝產(chǎn)物的作用。落新婦苷是α-L-鼠李糖苷,3'-羥基黃烷酮的成員,落新婦苷也屬于四羥基黃烷酮,黃烷酮糖苷,單糖衍生物和4'-羥基黃烷酮的成員。落新婦苷源自黃杞,它是新astastilbin的對映體。

Effects of astilbin (Ast) on cell viability, cytotoxicity and proliferation of HUVECs. (A) Chemical structure of Ast. HUVECs were treated with various concentrations of Ast (50-200 mM) in low serum media (0.5% FBS) culture for 48 h. (B) Cell viability was detected by MTT assay. (C) Cellular damage was examined using the LDH assay. (D) HUVECs were starved in low serum media (0.5% FBS) for 24 h, and then treated with DMSO (0.1%, vehicle control), VEGF (20 ng ml à1 , positive control), and various concentrations of Ast (50-200 mM) for 48 h. Levels of cell proliferation were detected by counting cell numbers with trypan blue staining. Data are presented as the percentage of the control group (mean AE SD of three independent experiments), *p < 0.05 versus control group.
