日式料理之美關乎日式美學中的雅寂，來客初到，沿著栽滿苔蘚的竹林小道，踏上青石板，滿懷一種對空間與美味的期待。The beauty of Japanese cuisine is related to the elegance and silence of Japanese aesthetics. When visitors first arrive, they walk along the mossy bamboo path and step on the green stone slab, full of expectation for space and delicacy.

舊改項目中唯一沒有改動的法國梧桐，在冬日里黃的、紅的灑滿一地，看似平靜的畫面卻蘊藏著蓬勃的自然生命力。The only unchanged wutong tree in the old renovation project is yellow and red all over the ground in winter. The seemingly calm picture contains vigorous natural vitality.

掀開簾幕，影影綽綽的格柵光影投在轉(zhuǎn)承的通道門口，綠植在淡淡柔光中搖曳，打開連接室內(nèi)和室外的同時，開啟滿目的柔和為客人提供餐飲服務。When the curtain is opened, the shadowy light and shadow of the grille are projected on the entrance of the transfer passage, and the green plants are swaying in the light and soft light. When the curtain is opened to connect the indoor and outdoor, it is opened to provide catering services for the guests with full purpose and soft.

02隱 隔 之 間探門而入，接待前廳里靜謐暗涌，粗糙的原石、鑿洞的墻體，將光影滲透在結(jié)構(gòu)的縫隙中，素雅禪境油然而生。When you enter through the door, the reception lobby is quiet and quiet. The rough raw stone and the holed wall penetrate the light and shadow into the cracks of the structure, and the simple and elegant Zen scene arises spontaneously.

黑川雅之說：“「素」強調(diào)的是面對自然時應保持謙卑的心態(tài)，與自然之美相協(xié)調(diào)的真正創(chuàng)造。”而原木色的屏風材料、似花狀的柔雅卷簾以及竹、藤、麻的天然基調(diào)，以自然的本色敘述著空間的隱逸幽寂。Akira Kuragawa said, Su emphasizes the true creation of the harmony between humility and the beauty of nature in the face of nature. The natural tone of bamboo, rattan and hemp, as well as the wood-colored screen materials, flower-like soft and elegant rolling curtains, narrate the seclusion and quiet of space in the natural color.

蘭花在空間中的若隱若現(xiàn)，以含蓄、內(nèi)斂的姿態(tài)，表達對貴陽、對繁花為背景的花溪區(qū)十字花街舊改的一種呼應和推崇。The looming orchids in the space, with an implicit and introverted attitude, express a kind of echo and respect for Guiyang and the old reform of the cross flower street in Huaxi District with flowers as the background.03返 璞 歸 真

散座的鋪陳也頗為講究，不論是地面的石材肌理，還是木質(zhì)的溫潤觸感，保留了最初對自然力量與美的詮釋，回歸最原始的表達方式以濾去內(nèi)心的浮躁。The layout of the scattered seats is also quite exquisite. Whether it is the texture of the stone on the ground or the warm touch of the wood, it retains the original interpretation of the power and beauty of nature, and returns to the most primitive expression to filter out the inner impetuosity.

日式講究空間的流動與分離，而格柵的光影將室外的色彩緩緩帶入，達成一種對比、停頓、透明的空間節(jié)奏——從慢生活到寧靜，退卻著疲乏的現(xiàn)實，讓人自然生出返觀內(nèi)省的安靜。Japanese style pays attention to the flow and separation of space, while the light and shadow of the grille slowly bring in the outdoor color to achieve a contrast, pause, and transparent space rhythm - from slow life to quiet, retreat from the tired reality, and let people naturally return to the quiet of introspection.

吧臺區(qū)摒棄繁復，微弱的間接光源融入氤氳的線條中，對質(zhì)感精細的把控，使客人在此卸下疲慮，體驗真正的內(nèi)心奢享。The bar area abandons complexity, and the faint indirect light source is integrated into the dense lines, and the fine control of the texture allows the guests to unload their worries and experience real inner luxury here.

立面的每一處格柵，方寸之間，別有洞天，以小見大也是日式崇尚現(xiàn)代的景致美學，而粗糲自然的墻面材質(zhì)，又平衡著空間里料理生活的藝術(shù)。Each grille of the facade has its own holes in every square inch. It is also Japanese style that advocates modern landscape aesthetics, and the rough and natural wall material balances the art of living in the space.
