近日,被稱為“地產(chǎn)界奧斯卡”的美國TITAN地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎,重磅揭曉了2023年度獲獎名單。在來自眾多優(yōu)秀作品的激烈競爭與專業(yè)評委會的嚴(yán)苛評審下,MOSOM墨森設(shè)計(jì)作品【AEVUM奧斯芬萬象食家店】,憑借她經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮下的品牌塑造、場景氛圍傳遞、「新美力」專業(yè)研發(fā),榮獲2023美國TITAN地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎金獎!這也是繼榮膺美國繆斯設(shè)計(jì)獎金獎后,其再度添金,以實(shí)力驚艷亮相國際舞臺!
TITAN Property Awards
美國TITAN地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎是國際獎項(xiàng)協(xié)會(IAA)旗下的全球性賽事之一,每年舉辦兩季度賽事以征集來自全球各地的優(yōu)秀地產(chǎn)作品,旨在為房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的每一位專業(yè)人士提供展示舞臺。
該獎項(xiàng)關(guān)注于有利全球基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展的地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目,特邀來自全球100個國家、200余位的國際評委對參賽作品進(jìn)行嚴(yán)苛篩選。作為房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的一項(xiàng)最高設(shè)計(jì)成就,該獎項(xiàng)也被譽(yù)為“地產(chǎn)界的奧斯卡獎”。

Founded in Shenzhen by the famous designer Mr. Zhongchen Jin with a global outlook, MOSOM DESIGN specializes in researching “new aesthetic power”. Over the years, based on the all-round in-depth insight, research and practice of pan-beauty industry, MOSOM DESIGN has put forward the core concept of “diversified change, elegance until eternity”, and given play to the front-end strategy thinking of “space is brand, scene is marketing” with a focus on the high-frequency cognition and efficient realization of business. With these efforts, the value-added beyond design is constantly being created. In the design, we consider the input cost and return cycle of clients horizontally, while analyzing architectural structure, material aesthetics, business logic, commercial economic benefits and brand operation vertically. Efforts have been made to turn a strict whole into organic units, integrate upstream and downstream resources and effectively shorten the nod from conceptual design to commercial landing. This is how we maximize return efficiency and business output value, finally presenting a quality complex space that combine function, aesthetics and emotional value -- with diversified styles and elegant demeanor.
