????????有記者問，據(jù)報道，美國國務(wù)卿表示，美方已經(jīng)要求聯(lián)合國安理會啟動對伊朗“快速恢復(fù)制裁”機制，誰要反對，美就對誰進行單邊制裁。鑒于美國已經(jīng)退出伊核協(xié)議，美方是否還有權(quán)利提出這一要求？

????????王毅表示，美方提出這種要求純屬無理取鬧。

????????當(dāng)年美國政府既然已經(jīng)代表美國正式簽署伊朗核問題全面協(xié)議，就承擔(dān)了遵守這份協(xié)議的國際責(zé)任。不管政府是否換屆，美國都有義務(wù)予以遵守，這是國際法的常識。

• Noting that the last American administration had signed the Iran nuclear deal on behalf of the US, Wang pointed out it is common sense for Washington to bear the responsibility of the deal regardless of government transition.?

????????如果美方對自己簽署的協(xié)議也要出爾反爾，試問還有哪個國家敢同美國簽署協(xié)議？美方單方面退出伊核協(xié)議的做法已經(jīng)遭到了國際社會的普遍反對。

????????王毅說，今天，已經(jīng)退出伊核問題全面協(xié)議的美國，竟然又要回來行使協(xié)議賦予當(dāng)事方的權(quán)利，要求啟動“快速恢復(fù)制裁”機制，誰不同意就單邊制裁誰，這一做法更是蠻不講理。

????????試問世界公理何在？國際法權(quán)威何在？美國的信譽何在？美方只考慮一己私利，對國際法合則用、不合則棄，不僅自己不守法，還要求其他國家也不守法，甚至還揚言要制裁守法的國家。天底下哪有如此荒唐的邏輯？

• "The United States only considered its own interests. It applied international law if the law was in conformity with the nation's need and discarded the law if it did not," said Wang.?

????????王毅說，任何國際協(xié)議都是各方經(jīng)過協(xié)商、相互妥協(xié)的產(chǎn)物。

????????中方注意到有的國家認(rèn)為伊核協(xié)議對地區(qū)安全形勢關(guān)注得不夠。鑒此，中方已經(jīng)提出了有益的建議，那就是，在堅定維護伊核協(xié)議有效性和權(quán)威性的前提下，另辟一個多邊對話平臺，各方均可提出自己的關(guān)切，就維護地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定形成新的共識。我愿重申，中方這一建議仍然有效。
