▌美國消費(fèi)者沒有理由為對(duì)華關(guān)稅買單？

近日，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普連續(xù)在社交媒體發(fā)文聲稱，美國農(nóng)民會(huì)成為對(duì)華加征關(guān)稅的最大受益者之一。

中國可能會(huì)對(duì)美國農(nóng)民有一定程度的報(bào)復(fù)，但美國將致力于向本國農(nóng)民提供援助。此外，特朗普還稱，美國消費(fèi)者沒有理由為對(duì)華關(guān)稅買單。

對(duì)此，發(fā)言人耿爽表示，美國的農(nóng)民和消費(fèi)者都是無辜的，他們是“被代言”了。美方聲稱本國消費(fèi)者不會(huì)為對(duì)華加征關(guān)稅買單，這與常理相悖。

美有關(guān)行業(yè)組織近日多次發(fā)表聲明稱，美對(duì)華加征關(guān)稅是一種錯(cuò)誤做法，如果繼續(xù)，將使美國家庭年均支出增加2300美元。

In their published statements, relevant industry organizations noted that imposing additional tariffs on Chinese products was a wrong approach which, if continued, would cost an average American household an additional $2,300 every year.?

還有美國媒體直截了當(dāng)?shù)刂赋觯绹M(fèi)者是貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)的炮灰。

US media put it in a more straightforward way that American consumers were the casualties of the trade war.

奉勸美方看一看國際社會(huì)的反應(yīng)，聽一聽各界人士的呼聲，算一算自身利益的得失，早日認(rèn)清形勢(shì)，回歸正軌。

We advise the US to heed the call of the international community and people from various sectors, carefully weigh its gains and losses, grasp the situation and get back on the right track as soon as possible.?

▌國際社會(huì)憂慮中美經(jīng)貿(mào)摩擦升級(jí)

▌外交部：挑事的是美國

國際社會(huì)這兩天對(duì)中美新一輪互征關(guān)稅普遍表示憂慮，認(rèn)為中美經(jīng)貿(mào)摩擦升級(jí)會(huì)對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來新的不確定性。

有人用“晴雨不定”來形容當(dāng)前的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)，并將貿(mào)易問題列為“全球最大的不確定性因素”。

耿爽表示，中方所作所為純屬自衛(wèi)反擊，中美經(jīng)貿(mào)摩擦升級(jí)不符合任何一方利益，望美方多聽國際社會(huì)理性正義的呼聲。

外交部發(fā)言人耿爽：

我們注意到國際社會(huì)的反應(yīng)，對(duì)各方的憂慮表示理解。的確，中美經(jīng)貿(mào)摩擦升級(jí)不符合任何一方利益，而且會(huì)拖累世界經(jīng)濟(jì)。

We have noted the reactions of the international community and understand the concerns of various parties. Indeed, the escalation of China-US trade disputes is not in the interests of either side and will put a drag on world economy.

但我要明確告訴大家的是，是美國挑起的貿(mào)易爭端，不是中國；是美國打響了加征關(guān)稅的第一槍，不是中國；是美國在反復(fù)操弄極限施壓，不是中國。

But I would like to make it clear: it is the US that provoked the trade disputes, not China; it is the US that fired the first shot in raising tariffs, not China; it is the US that repeatedly resorted to maximum pressuring, not China.?

迄今為止，中方所作所為完全是針對(duì)美方無理行徑的反制，純屬自衛(wèi)反擊。中方這么做，既是為了捍衛(wèi)自身的合法正當(dāng)權(quán)益，也是為了維護(hù)多邊主義和自由貿(mào)易體制。

What China has done so far is entirely self-defense against the unreasonable acts of the US side. By so doing, we are not only defending our own legitimate rights and interests, but also safeguarding multilateralism and the free trading system.

誰是新一輪中美關(guān)稅戰(zhàn)的始作俑者，誰是阻礙全球自由貿(mào)易的規(guī)則破壞者，誰又是拖累世界經(jīng)濟(jì)前景的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)制造者，國際社會(huì)自有公論。

The international community has its fair judgment on who is the initiator of the latest round of a tariff war, the rule-breaker in free trade and the generator of risks in global economy.

▌中國經(jīng)濟(jì)不太好，十分渴望與美方達(dá)成經(jīng)貿(mào)協(xié)議？

據(jù)報(bào)道，連日來，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普多次對(duì)記者稱，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)不太好，中方十分渴望與美方達(dá)成經(jīng)貿(mào)協(xié)議。

對(duì)此，耿爽表示，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)一直保持平穩(wěn)增長，呈現(xiàn)積極向好勢(shì)頭。中國有信心，有能力抵御任何外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和沖擊。

外交部發(fā)言人耿爽：

美方的說法毫無依據(jù)。他們又不是中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)主管部門，憑什么總就中國經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)外進(jìn)行發(fā)布，而且內(nèi)容完全虛假不實(shí)。

Such remarks are just baseless. They are not the Chinese economic authority. On what grounds do they keep feeding fake information on Chinese economy to reporters?

事實(shí)上，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)一直保持平穩(wěn)增長，呈現(xiàn)積極向好勢(shì)頭。美國的貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義措施會(huì)對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)造成一定影響，但完全可以克服。我們有信心，有能力抵御任何外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和沖擊。

The fact is, the Chinese economy is growing steadily with a positive momentum. Trade protectionist measures of the US side will have some impact on our economy, but we can totally overcome it. We have the confidence and capability to guard against any external risks and impacts.

今年一季度，中國國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值同比增長6.4%，增速超出預(yù)期。?

In the first quarter this year, China's GDP grew by 6.4 percent year on year, which is more than expected.

特別值得一提的是，內(nèi)需已成為拉動(dòng)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的主要引擎，去年中國消費(fèi)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率已達(dá)76.2%。

In particular, domestic demand has become the main driver for growth. Last year, consumption contributed 76.2 percent of our economic growth.

今年1月至4月，中國外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口同比增長4.3%。其中對(duì)歐盟、東盟等出口都出現(xiàn)了大幅增長。

From January to April this year, China's import and export increased by 4.3 percent year on year, with dramatic rise in export to the EU and ASEAN.
