一、教材分析

本課的主題是人與自我下的勞動習慣與技能。

Let’s learn?部分以配圖加文字的方式呈現(xiàn)了6個關(guān)于家務勞動的詞組：make the bed, iron the clothes, clean the windows, cook a meal, wash the vegetables, water the plants.

Let’s practise?部分以兩個學生的對話和一張調(diào)查表呈現(xiàn)了本課的重點句型：What do you do at home? I …

二、教學目標

1.聽、說、讀、寫6個有關(guān)家務的詞組：make the bed, iron the clothes, clean the windows, cook a meal, wash the vegetables, water the plants

在語境中運用句型What do you do at home? I …談論所做的家務。

對英語學習感興趣，樂于參與課堂活動并積極思考。

在學習活動中與他人合作，共同完成Housework Tree的制作。

通過觀察教材插圖，獲取信息，了解人物所在的場所以及所做的家務。

教師呈現(xiàn)Lingling一家三口的圖片T: What’s her name? Ss: Lingling.

There are three people in her family. Lingling’s mum, dad and Lingling. What do they do at home？讓學生進行猜測。

【設計意圖】介紹人物背景，引發(fā)學生思考：Lingling一家在家做什么？讓學生帶著疑問進入詞匯學習。

T: What do they do at home. Let’s watch.

3.Look and choose

T: Exactly, what does Lingling’s mum do? Let’s watch again.通過視頻引出媽媽在家做的家務教授詞組

4. Let’s learn

1）learn “make the bed”,“ iron the clothes”,“ cook a meal”.

解釋一下meal?的含義，In the morning, we have breakfast. At noon, we have lunch. In the evening, we have dinner. There are three meals in a day.

2) learn “clean the window”, “water the plants”

How about dad?

He .....呈現(xiàn)樹，花，草的圖片。Water the tree, water the grass, water the flowers. They are plants.?用舊知解釋新知plants.

3)learn “ wash the vegetables?”

What about Lingling?

Look, what does Lingling say? Can you guess?

Ss: Mum, let me help you. Let me wash the vegetables.

T: Wow, Lingling’s a good girl. She helps mum wash the vegetables.

【設計意圖】以上環(huán)節(jié)通過視頻、圖片和對話創(chuàng)設了連貫的情境，讓學生在語境中學習生詞。同時，又讓學生發(fā)散思維，說一說與make, iron, cook, wash, clean, water有關(guān)的其他家務詞組，為后面的對話做鋪墊。

【設計意圖】本環(huán)節(jié)的目的是讓學生根據(jù)圖片和板書復習所學的詞組，為后面的對話做準備。同時，讓學生根據(jù)圖片總結(jié)Lingling的特征：helpful，呼應課題。

T：Here's a good boy. His name is Binbin. I think he is a good boy,too. Let’s watch.?On Mother’s Day, what does Binbin do? Does Binbin help his mother do his housework??Do you remember what does he do?

Step4: Consolidation & Extension

1)Make a new dialogue

教師先與一位學生對話，提供示范。然后引導學生同桌兩人對話。最后上臺展示。

Share four tips to make the dialogue beautiful.

2）Enjoy a video

【設計意圖】由人及己，談論自己做的家務,?并通過學生在家做家務的視頻得出We help each other, we are a happy family的結(jié)論
