訴諸憐憫是一種僅僅以認(rèn)定某人某事值得憐憫、同情并以之為論據(jù)來進(jìn)行論證所引起的謬誤。如有的盜竊分子在案發(fā)后的預(yù)審或庭審中，常常以自己家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)情況不好，十分可憐（如說自己母親年老體弱、妻子多病、兒子傷殘、醫(yī)藥費(fèi)如何昂貴、如何為此傾家蕩產(chǎn)等等），以此來博得別人的憐憫和同情，進(jìn)而為自己的盜竊行為辯護(hù)（似乎其盜竊是出于無奈，因而無罪或少罪）。就是簡單說，某人雖然沒有什么道理，但是他的心是好的。

在這之后我寫了：

思考主要掌管一個(gè)人行動(dòng)的是理智還是情感。最后想不出來，看來遇事靈活處理最好。但是靈活處理也要有個(gè)底線。這個(gè)底線到底是什么？還在思考ing（順便吐槽了B姆的最diao最棒、大老師“理性怪物”、綾小路清隆的實(shí)力至上、圣母、芬格爾的為人處世、維德不擇手段的前進(jìn)）

憐憫共情是人的本能，降低姿態(tài)激發(fā)別人共情是用到好點(diǎn)子上，亂用共情企圖因私廢公則不好

最好還探討我認(rèn)為的乞丐、賣藝的藝人和流浪漢的區(qū)別，我還附帶引用了別人的文章。引用的文章如下：

His few material possessions make it possible for him to move from place to place with ease. By having to sleep in the open, he gets far closer to the world of nature than most of us ever do. He may hunt, beg, or steal occasionally to keep himself alive; he may even, in times of real need, do a little work; but he will never sacrifice his freedom. We often speak of tramps with contempt and put them in the same class as beggars, but how many of us can honestly say that we have not felt a little envious of their simple way of life and their freedom from care?
