「釋義」
系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的輸出被用作輸入,以此循環(huán),繼續(xù)產(chǎn)生輸出,這個(gè)過程稱為反饋環(huán)。
在商業(yè)中,反饋環(huán)指的是利用客戶或員工的反饋(服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)出),創(chuàng)造更好的產(chǎn)品或工作場(chǎng)所的過程。

預(yù)測(cè)機(jī)器利用的是人類曾經(jīng)的優(yōu)勢(shì):學(xué)習(xí)。如果它們?nèi)诤戏答仈?shù)據(jù),就能從結(jié)果中學(xué)習(xí),提升下次預(yù)測(cè)的質(zhì)量。
Prediction machines exploit what has traditionally been the human advantage—they learn. If they can incorporate feedback data, then they can learn from outcomes and improve the quality of the next prediction.
2009年微軟推出搜索引擎必應(yīng)時(shí),公司投入數(shù)十億美元,給予全力支持。但十多年后,無論是搜索量還是搜索廣告收入,必應(yīng)的市場(chǎng)份額仍然與谷歌相差甚遠(yuǎn)。必應(yīng)難以追趕的一個(gè)原因是反饋環(huán)。搜索服務(wù)中,預(yù)測(cè)(針對(duì)一條查詢貢獻(xiàn)一頁建議性鏈接)和反饋(用戶點(diǎn)擊其中一個(gè)鏈接)之間的時(shí)間差很短,一般只有幾秒。換言之,反饋環(huán)又快又強(qiáng)大。
When Microsoft launched the Bing search engine in 2009, it had the company’s full backing. Microsoft invested billions of dollars in it. Yet more than a decade later, Bing’s market share remains far below Google’s, in both search volume and search advertising revenue. One reason Bing found it hard to catch up was the feedback loop. In search, the time between the prediction (offering up a page with several suggested links in response to a query) and the feedback (the user’s clicking on one of the links) is short—usually seconds. In other words, the feedback loop is fast and powerful.
