Are there anymartial arts that you practice?

Presently no.I'm woefully out of fighting shape. I boxed for years during and after highschool. Our coach cross trained us in chute fighting and muai thai to reallylean into the conditioning, and honestly it was the best non strength trainingstuff I'd ever done. You really get a handle on what you're made of. Idesperately miss martial arts training and am hoping that with MPN's releaseI'll have a few bucks to get me back into it in a regular capacity..

If you're trying toget your abs to show you might wanna slim up though, figure out what you'retrying to do and build a plan around that, be it getting bigger and stronger orleaner or what.
