分享幾封好用的外貿(mào)人催單模版
給外貿(mào)人說在前面:
雖然說是催單模版,但是請帶入你們公司產(chǎn)品,你們客戶具體情況來套入,不能一模一樣,再好的模版,再好的話術(shù),大家一起用,就成了毫無價值的廢料。
請靈活運用,學(xué)東西是要把精華重點學(xué)到腦子里,而不是百分百復(fù)制粘貼。說一個以前讀書時候的笑話,抄作業(yè),也不能把別人的名字照抄進去了!

下面有多種情況:
模板一、寄樣后催單
很多OEM訂單都是樣先行,樣品如果OK,那么這個訂單成功的可能性為50%!那么就要抓住樣品通過后,成交新訂單的可能性!
所謂的模版一:
Dear ....,
Sorry to bother you!
Regarding the project we discussed last time, and the samples were test good already, could you please confirm the order? Because we need plenty of time(30-40days) for mass production. We need to do logo and do the pacakges samples first, they are all need time to do.
PI will be sent to you asap after your confirmation.
If anything changed, please let me know! Thanks a lot!

情況二、催客戶確認(rèn)訂單
我們外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員,對接的是國外的客戶,很難見面,也很難知道客戶公司具體的情況,同時針對某個案子,也很難及時了解更多的精準(zhǔn)的信息。
但是,當(dāng)我們,在客戶經(jīng)過產(chǎn)品報價OK,樣品OK,驗廠OK,還有什么問題要解決嗎?如果沒有,那么在客戶不提做訂單付款的情況下,也是到了該下單了的時候??蛻舨恢鲃诱f,或者忘了,或者想延一下。
那么我們就該主動攻擊了,主動提出來。也沒有什么不好的,本來就是服務(wù)那么久,什么都解決了,不是該做合同了嗎?
所謂的模版二:
Dear ....,
How are you?
Do you have any more questions?
If not, can I do a PI to you now?

情況三、做了PI沒有更進一步?
有一些客戶,是同意了做PI,然后數(shù)量單價,包裝都談好了,但是你發(fā)過去PI,卻沒有回應(yīng)?在外貿(mào)里,沒有收到定金都不算做成了這個客戶,這個訂單。所以,持續(xù)....
所謂的模版三、
Dear ....,
Good day. How are you ?
Long time no hear from you. Hope you everything goes well.
May I know whether you have received my PI for confirmation? Or you can check again by the attached.
As you know, the price we gave you is the best price, and as the increasing material cost and unstable exchange rate, we are afraid that it is hard for us to keep the price if you don’t confirm it much earlier.
Hope you can understand and hope to get your reply soon.

情況四、放假前通知及催單
放假前,一般都是需要通知客戶的,不然客戶在你不工作日催你工作進度,那么回復(fù)就不太及時了,這樣印象不太好。
然后放假前,客戶需要備料之類,需要提前出貨,都要在放假前安排好,特別是大假,國慶,過年,是最好的催單時期。
早下單,早出貨嘛!
所謂的模版四、
Dear ....,
Have a nice day!
Please note we will begin our holiday for Chinese New Year from xxx Feb to xxx Feb.
We suggest you place orders in advance, and we can buy the raw materials and arrange pre-production process accordingly.
As you know, place order early, can ship goods early.

情況五、老客戶催單
老客戶是利潤和提成來源,老客戶的新訂單也是新的業(yè)績基礎(chǔ)。好好跟進好老客戶,是重點。
所謂的模版五:
Hi...,
Have a nice day!
We have finished ** million dollar in year 2022, then increased to ** million dollar in year 2023. Thanks for your support and patience.
Our 2023 goal is** million dollar between you and me. do you think it is workable?

所謂的模版六:
Hi...,
Good morning!
Do you have any stock of item..., the goods arrived your company 2 months, I think you can buy new order to do.
You need to make your stock full, not hurry to order then push we do quickly, and your customers can't buy your products in time.
We can plan early, and order early.
What's more, you see, even you order now, it still needs time to do, around 1 and half month, then ship by sea, it needs 1 month more, so now is not too early, it's good time.
How do you think of it, if I am right, you can tell me the quantity with the item models.

正常情況下,這樣都會有一些訂單進來的。
因為時間對,也沒有冒犯客戶,很多時候都是為了客戶考慮的。
