隨著采購節(jié)臨近，最近客戶也會稍微活躍一些。很多客戶也要準(zhǔn)備圣誕節(jié)的采購計劃了，其實(shí)這個時候?qū)懸恍┼]件給之前的客戶，也可以喚醒一些潛在的客戶。

比如曾經(jīng)有過一點(diǎn)交流，但是交流不是很深的，我們就可以通過找個借口跟客戶保持聯(lián)系，萬一這個時候客戶剛好又找這個產(chǎn)品，我們就能很好地抓住這個機(jī)會。

如果你跟客戶已經(jīng)有了比較多的交流，但后來客戶項目不知道為什么擱置了，這個時候你可以稍微更直接一點(diǎn)給他寫個郵件，純粹問候，只是為了跟他聯(lián)系，看看最近他是否有采購計劃?

像一些曾經(jīng)下過單的客戶，但是卻突然莫名其妙地消失了。如果客戶不是去度假，可以嘗試寫一下郵件保持溝通，看看是什么原因消失的。如果還是沒有回復(fù)，不妨打個電話問候一下。
