It is argued that the payment for teachers and doctors should be higher than that for celebrities .

I have a mixed opinion.

I do agree some professionals deserve a better salary while some reasons can account for high income for celebrities.

There are some reasons why salaries for teachers and medical workers should be increased.

1These jobs are fundamental in that education is the future of society and medical service is associated with the fitness of citizens ,both of which can contribute to the wellbeing of inhabitants.

2Unfortunately, in certain countries, while these professionals are respected, their pay doesn't equal to their social status.

3As a result, some teachers compel students to pay for extra lessons by living important materials out of regular class time and doctors prescribe medications that are excessive .

4 This has deteriorated healthy education and public medical service.

5虛擬If such professionals could be offered competitive salary , they would be more motivated in their routine work other than searching corrupt solutions for more money.

On the other hand, sports and entertainment celebrities are paid overwhelmingly high.

1Simply by acting in movies or singing can they earn what ordinary people can not in their whole life, leading to huge income equality.

2The reason is such people have paralleling economic value ,which means their performance or sports expertise are irreplaceable to some extent and audiences would like to pay for this uniqueness.

3As they are the guarantee of box office income or sports competition tickets, the entertaining and sensational value they provide is equal to what they can receive accordingly.

4Also, as they can be employed as brands ambassadors for business to lift company profile and promote sales ,such endorsement fee is unbelievably high.

In summary ,teachers and doctors should receive higher salary and high income for celebrities are explainable.
