We are instructed by our client, the Employer, to invite you to tender for the above work, and for this purpose, we enclose two sets of tender documents with this letter.
Your tender, which must be made and submitted strictyly in accordance with the instructions to tenders, shall be delivered to our office at the following address? ? ? ? ?by 2 PM. on? ? ?(date). Tenders received after this time or any authorized extension thereof which we might notify later will not normally be considered.
For the submission of your tender, we enclose a supply of pre-addressed tender labels. these must be used on all packages you submit and no other marks or titles must appear thereon which in any wasy indicate that the package has been sent by you.
If you have any queries on the tender documents, these must be made in writing to our contracts engineer Mr.? ?
Please acknowledge by fax receipt of this letter and all the enclosures listed. confirming that you will submit a tender by the appointed time. This receipt is required even if you collected the tender documents from our office and your messager signed a receipt for them at the time of collection. If you do not intend to make an offer, please return all the documentation to us without delay, together with your letter of refusal.
