國家發(fā)布了《關(guān)于減輕中小學(xué)教師負(fù)擔(dān)進(jìn)一步營造教育教學(xué)良好環(huán)境的若干意見》(以下簡稱“意見”)。黨和國家高度重視教師工作,在倡導(dǎo)全社會尊師重教、推進(jìn)教師管理體制機(jī)制改革、落實教師待遇保障等方面采取了一系列政策舉措,取得顯著成效。
?The guideline on?reducing the burden of primary and middle school teachers and creating a favorable environment for education (hereinafter refered to as "The Guideline") was issued. The Communist Party of China and the government have always attached great importance to teaching.?The country has implemented a series of policies and measures to?make teachers well respected in the whole society, promote reform on the management mechanism of teachers, and ensure their?full payment. All this has shown fruitful results.
由于種種原因,目前中小學(xué)教師還存在負(fù)擔(dān)較重的問題,主要表現(xiàn)是:各種督查檢查評比考核等事項名目多、頻率高;各類調(diào)研、統(tǒng)計、信息采集等活動交叉重復(fù);一些地方和部門在落實安全穩(wěn)定、掃黑除惡、創(chuàng)優(yōu)評先等工作時,經(jīng)常向?qū)W校和教師攤派任務(wù)。這極大地干擾了學(xué)校正常的教育教學(xué)秩序,給教師增加了額外負(fù)擔(dān)。
?Currently, primary and middle school teachers are still heavily loaded due to multiple reasons, which inlude?frenquently held?examinations and evaluations, overlapping reviews, statistics and data collection, and missions assigned to schools and teachers from local authorities in safety maintenance, anti-crime, and pace-setter selection. This has greatly influenced?the normal teaching and learning order, creating extra burden on teachers.
對此,根據(jù)《意見》精神,我們必須,精遵循教育教學(xué)規(guī)律,聚焦教師立德樹人。大幅精簡文件和會議。規(guī)范精簡各類報表填寫,減少調(diào)研、調(diào)研、統(tǒng)計等活動;
Given the conditon, we must precisely follow the spirit of the guidance and the principle of education, and focus on cultivating talents with good virtue.??Meanwhile, we should cut rudantent documents and conferences, streamline list filing procedures, and reduce review and statistics campaigns.

提升數(shù)據(jù)采集信息化水平,充分利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)特別是人工智能技術(shù),提升教育管理工作的信息化、科學(xué)化水平。不要隨意安排學(xué)校停課或讓教師參與社區(qū)建設(shè)活動。切實減少中小學(xué)校教師不應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)的事項,要減少督查、檢查、評比、考核等事項;要減少社會事務(wù)進(jìn)校園。切實減輕中小學(xué)教師負(fù)擔(dān),進(jìn)一步營造寬松、寧靜的教育教學(xué)環(huán)境和校園氛圍,確保中小學(xué)教師潛心教書、靜心育人。
we should improve digital?and?scientific level of?teaching management by fully leveraging modern information technologies, particularly AI technology.??No one shall?deliberately put classes on hold or?force?teachers to participate in?community development activities. We need?to eradicate non-relevant issues undertaken by?the teachers and?reduce supervisions, reviews, competitions, and examinations.?At the same time, we should?prevent social affairs from entering the campus, and concretely relief the burdens shouldered by primary and middle school teacher. More effort is needed to build up a?flexible and undisturbed teaching environment and campus atmosphere, so that the teachers can feel free to focus on teaching students.
