這節(jié)課一開始還是回顧上一節(jié)課的內(nèi)容（主要回顧Approximate Caratheodory Theorem， ACT）

之后給出ACT的應用（3個，glass，financial portfolio 和 factor analysis）

之后開始介紹新的內(nèi)容：Covering number并給出一些cases幫助理解相關概念。
