No.1廈門萬象城

Xiamen City Crossing

廈門萬象城地處兩條地鐵線交匯處，隸屬火車站商圈，周邊寫字樓林立。作為市中心的地標建筑，項目融合了萬象城購物中心、室外商業(yè)街、辦公和酒店。建筑設計以自然為基本理念，結(jié)合廈門特有的地理環(huán)境，將商業(yè)部分喻意為海浪，高層建筑喻意為礁石，塑造建筑的特色形象。為切合自然主題，商業(yè)裙房屋頂著重設計了宜人的公共屋頂休閑地，豐富的地景為都市生活注入了新的活力。

Xiamen City Crossing is in the central commercial area near the railway and metro station. As a landmark in the city center, the project incorporates a shopping mall, lifestyle center, office tower, and hotel. The design is derived from the concept "bring nature into the city" and inspired by local geographical characters. The commercial part symbolizes the ocean wave while towers imply the rocks. The roof garden is designed as a pleasant public city park by emphasizing a variety of landscapes. It is a leisure destination and an energetic resource for citizens.

No.2蘇州吾悅廣場

Suzhou Wuyue Plaza

Suzhou, China | 蘇州，中國

蘇州吾悅廣場位于江蘇省蘇州市相城區(qū)，毗鄰蘇州北站，總建筑面積23.8萬平方米。是多功能、現(xiàn)代化、人性化的商業(yè)綜合體，為人們帶來集主題樂園、VR體驗、樂高公園、兒童探索博物館、潮玩運動、藝術空間等全方位的體驗。項目地下三層，地上六層，圍繞南側(cè)室外樂園設置，廣場以綠化及硬質(zhì)鋪地為主，并增加室外主題水景，構(gòu)建出宜人的商業(yè)氛圍。項目以“吾悅精神”為設計理念，突出悅生活、悅空間、悅?cè)宋?、悅智慧、悅生態(tài)，打造高端商業(yè)綜合體，成為高鐵新城文化、商業(yè)、建筑多重屬性區(qū)域新名片。在設計構(gòu)思上，我們引入了“蘇州鏡像”的概念，用前瞻性的視野和創(chuàng)新的精神，以現(xiàn)代手法演繹傳統(tǒng)蘇州園林的空間及設計理念，為蘇州相城區(qū)及蘇州人民帶來一個開放包容的“城市客廳”。

Suzhou Wuyue Plaza locates in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to Suzhou North Railway Station, with a total GFA of 238,000sm. It is a multi-functional, modern, humanized comprehensive commercial complex, bringing people a full range of experiences through the theme park, VR experience, Lego park, children's exploration museum, trendy sports, art space, etc. With three underground floors and six aboveground floors, the project offers a pleasant commercial environment through the layout around the southern outdoor playground with greenery, hard pavement, and the outdoor-themed water-scape. We introduced the concept of "Suzhou Mirror Image", interpreted the traditional Suzhou gardens with modern methods in the design as an open and inclusive urban "Living Room".

No.3嶺南新世界·云門

Lingnan New World - New Park

Guangzhou, China | 廣州，中國

嶺南新世界·云門項目，位于白云新城嘉禾望崗片區(qū)嶺南新世界內(nèi)，主要劃分為商業(yè)、住宅兩部分，總體量逾18萬平方米，是一個涵蓋購物中心、獨棟街區(qū)式主題商業(yè)、住宅的多維樂活體驗空間。項目首創(chuàng)的組合模式，讓自然景觀與商業(yè)相互共融，同時讓各種生活方式在不同空間中自由切換。本案設計概念源于羽翼形態(tài),動感而生動，以“展翅、起飛”的意向作為建筑方案的設計理念，貫穿于外形設計、室內(nèi)風格，帶給顧客標志性的立面感觀和內(nèi)部空間體驗。最大限度為項目匯聚人氣，團隊在設計上充分強化室內(nèi)動線、步行天橋和屋頂花園等設計要素，將人流從多維度引入購物中心。通過將住宅塔樓與購物中心屋頂花園進行一體化處理，綜合利用購物中心的室內(nèi)和室外空間，實現(xiàn)住宅與購物中心互贏。購物中心二層設置三條特色廊橋與周邊緊密連接，打造第二首層的概念，將周邊大量人群引入。

Located in Jiahe Wanggang District, Baiyun New City, the Lingnan New World - New Park project includes a commercial area and a residential area, with an overall floorage of 180,000+ square meters. It is a multi-dimensional LOHAS experience space covering a shopping mall and a residential area consisting of detached houses. The combination mode initiated by the project enables the natural landscape and business forms to integrate into each other, and various lifestyles to switch freely in different spaces. The design concept of this project originates from the image of fluttering wings of a soaring bird. This concept is embodied in the shape design and the interior style, delivering the iconic facade sense and the interior space experience to customers. In order to maximize the popularity of the project, the team highlighted such design elements as indoor moving line, foot bridges and roof gardens to bring traffic into the shopping mall from multiple dimensions. The designers tried to achieve a win-win situation between the residential area and the shopping mall by integrating the residential towers with the roof garden of the shopping mall, and by making good use of the indoor and outdoor spaces of the shopping mall. Three covered bridges are built on the second floor of the shopping mall to connect with the surrounding areas, creating the concept of the second first-floor and draw the traffic from the surrounding areas into the shopping mall.

No.4無錫錫滬路北片區(qū)城市設計

Wuxi Xihu Road Northern District Urban Design

Wuxi, China | 無錫，中國

2021年CRTKL贏得無錫市《錫東新城商務區(qū)錫滬路北片區(qū)城市設計》國際競賽第一名，并負責后續(xù)設計深化工作。本項目是錫東新城商務核心區(qū)與翠屏山生態(tài)片區(qū)之間的重要功能區(qū)，承載著提升空間品質(zhì)、豐富業(yè)態(tài)功能、彰顯區(qū)域形象、完善交通網(wǎng)絡的使命。以綜合體育設施的引入為契機，我司提出將項目定位提升為長三角康養(yǎng)生活示范基地。立足翠屏山生態(tài)文旅資源與無錫東站高鐵樞紐，以優(yōu)質(zhì)的全民健身運動設施為引擎，以全鏈條康養(yǎng)功能體系為支撐，打造健康宜居的康養(yǎng)休閑目的地。梳理現(xiàn)狀水系規(guī)劃一條翠屏河形成連山通水的環(huán)城生態(tài)健康廊道，串聯(lián)錫東新城商務區(qū)各個多元功能板塊，整體聯(lián)動錫東新城商務區(qū)，塑造靚麗的城市形象。

In 2021, CRTKL won the first place in the international competition of Wuxi Xidong New Town Finance District Xihu Road Northern Area Urban Design. And CRTKL was responsible for the follow-up design improvement. The project is an important functional transition area between the business core area of Xidong New Town and Cuiping Hill ecological area, carrying the mission of improving space quality, enriching business functions, highlighting regional image and improving transportation network. Taking the settlement of comprehensive sports facilities here as an opportunity, we proposed to upgrade the project vision to a healthy living lifestyle demonstration homebase in the Yangtze River Delta. The master plan is aiming to establish a healthy and livable fitness and leisure destination, based on the ecological cultural tourism resources of Cuiping Hill and Wuxi East HSR Station as the hub, with high-quality national fitness facilities as the engine and the whole chain of fitness and sports business as the support. Utilizing the current water system, we propose the Cuiping River, which forms an Ecological Health Ring around the entire Xidong New Town urban area connecting green hills and water, linking various urban blocks of the district as a whole to create a beautiful city image.

Shanwei Jinding Bay Branding Strategy & Place Making Design

該項目在建設和銷售進行過程中需要提升整體大盤品質(zhì)和重新定位。CRTKL城市設計團隊與品牌設計團隊根據(jù)項目現(xiàn)場資源和已有的銷售信息基礎，提煉品牌故事為“鯨灣星夢”。并將該故事延展為6個不同的體驗分區(qū)，規(guī)劃定義了特定區(qū)域內(nèi)的子主題、主導功能和活動項目。以每個分區(qū)的特性為引領，為每個分區(qū)制定一套品牌打造的設計導則，指導開發(fā)團隊后續(xù)開發(fā)區(qū)域的建設與設計單位深化設計的把控和落實操作。同時，再根據(jù)品牌故事對主要節(jié)點的形象定義進行入口門戶以及重要特色節(jié)點的景觀設計，提供完整體驗品牌特色的旅游活動策劃，以及展現(xiàn)該項目最優(yōu)秀亮點的銷售路線策劃。

//Where the sea meets the sky

During the construction and sales of the project, the overall master plan needs to be improved and repositioned. CRTKL urban design team and brand design team redefined the project brand story as “where the sea meets the sky" according to the site local resources and the existing sales strategy. The story is implemented into six different experience zones, we defined the sub themes, priority programs and activities in a specific area. Guided by the characteristics of each zone, we formulated a set of branding design guidelines for each sub-themed zone, providing guidance of the construction of subsequent development areas for the development team and the other design consultants to control and implement the brand experience. Meanwhile, we had also provided landscape design of the project gateway and important key node according to the confirmed brand story and image expression principles. We also proposed tourism activities and packages that fully experience the brand characteristics, as well as the sales route presenting the best highlights of the project to the potential customers.

No.6宛山湖生態(tài)科技城核心區(qū)城市設計

Wanshan Lake Ecological Technology City Core Area Urban Design

Wuxi, China | 無錫，中國

2022年CRTKL在無錫市“宛山湖生態(tài)科技城核心區(qū)城市設計”國際競賽中被選為深化方案并負責后續(xù)深化工作。基于其獨特的城湖格局，低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎以及時代賦予的使命，本項目以建設面向長三角、面向未來的國際一流生態(tài)科技城為目標，探索人、生態(tài)、科技三者之間的關系。這里將開啟一種新的工作生活模式：以科技進步服務人類認識自然，在地球上可持續(xù)發(fā)展；以優(yōu)質(zhì)生態(tài)環(huán)境成就科技城，吸引人才安居樂業(yè)。規(guī)劃以「一心六島,彈性生長」為總體空間結(jié)構(gòu)。通過構(gòu)建面向可持續(xù)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，控制開發(fā)總量，提倡功能復合、增加藍綠空間，鼓勵步行，因地制宜地應用低碳技術以實現(xiàn)綠色發(fā)展目標：可再生能源利用率＞25%，每年可減少二氧化碳排放2.5萬噸。

In 2022, CRTKL was proud to be selected as the deepening scheme in the international competition of " Urban Design of Wanshan Lake Ecological Technology City Core Area” in Wuxi and was responsible for the follow-up deepening work. Based on its unique city lake pattern, low-carbon industry foundation and the mission entrusted by the times, the project aims to build an international first-class ecological science and technology city facing the Yangtze River Delta and the future. We want to explore the relationship among people, ecology and science. A new mode of work and life is created: while promoting scientific and technological progress to achieve sustainable development; high-quality ecological environment is emphasized to attract talents to live and work in peace and contentment. With the overall framework "one heart and six islands", the city could grow organically. By emphasizing growth control, mixed use and pedestrian oriented development; increasing green spaces; building an industrial system oriented to sustainable development, and applying low-carbon technology, we can achieve the green development goal with the utilization rate of renewable energy is more than 25%, and the annual carbon dioxide emission can be reduced by 25000 tons.
