J對(duì)第三十課的指導(dǎo)

you are blessed beings indeed

你們確實(shí)是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你們所認(rèn)識(shí)的J

and we are happy that you are with us still coming to the end of this first month of lessons?

我們非常高興你仍然與我們一起來(lái)到這個(gè)課程第一個(gè)月的結(jié)尾

you did not believe that you would make it this far?

你不敢相信你可以走那么遠(yuǎn)

and yet here you are on day 30 of a Course in Miracles lessons?

你依然來(lái)到了《奇跡課程》的第三十天

you are already one twelfth of the way towards the goal that you set?

你已經(jīng)完成了你設(shè)定目標(biāo)的十二分之一

so do not fade away now do not miss lessons or think that they are too hard to understand or difficult

所以，現(xiàn)在不要退卻了，不要錯(cuò)過練習(xí)或是認(rèn)為這些練習(xí)太難理解了，太難做了

you are already planting seeds of love all around you all the time doing these exercises?

當(dāng)你做這些練習(xí)的時(shí)候，你就已經(jīng)在你周圍種下了愛的種子

when God is in everything you see you step back from judgment

當(dāng)上主在你看到的萬(wàn)物之內(nèi)時(shí)，你就從評(píng)判中后撤了

and this is the greatest gift that you can give yourself and your body your family your community and the world?

這就是你所能給予你自己、你的身體、你的家庭、你的社區(qū)和世界最大的禮物

when you step back from judgment saying that is wrong that is evil that is profane?

當(dāng)你從評(píng)判中一邊后撤一邊說(shuō)：“那是錯(cuò)誤的，那是邪惡的，那是褻瀆的”的時(shí)候

you open to the universe?

你就向宇宙敞開了

you open your consciousness to all?

你就向萬(wàn)有敞開了你的意識(shí)

and that is the path that we are walking on together?

這就是我們共同踏上的道路

where we come to a place where there is but love for everything?

我們會(huì)來(lái)到一切都是愛的地方

and so instead of projecting out your hatred?

所以，不是將你的憎恨投射于外

instead of laying hateful stories on the world giving it a terrible terrible meaning

也不是把憎恨的故事加在世界之上，給予世界一個(gè)非常非?？膳碌囊饬x

now you are projecting out into the world the truth

現(xiàn)在，你正在向世界投射真相：

that God is in everything you see that does not mean that God created everything you see but God is all that is?

“上主在你所看到萬(wàn)物之內(nèi)并非意味著，上主創(chuàng)造了你所看到的萬(wàn)物，而是上主即是一切”

and so it is important for you to understand this basic principle of forgiveness?

所以，讓你了解這個(gè)寬恕的基本原則是非常重要的

many of you think of forgiveness as allowing people off the hook so to speak?

你們很多人認(rèn)為，寬恕就是允許人們從困境中解脫，也可以這樣說(shuō)

but forgiveness is a way of looking at the world?

但寬恕是看待世界的方式

it is a soft way a loving way a kind way?

這是一種溫柔的方式，一種充滿愛的方式，一種仁慈的方式

and it keeps your heart open?

它讓你的心保持開放

and it keeps your defenses down?

它會(huì)使你放下防御

and that is how you connect to your brothers and sisters without fear?

這是你與兄弟姐妹們?cè)跓o(wú)懼中鏈接的方式

your stories about the world?

你對(duì)世界的故事

your judgments about the world?

你對(duì)世界的評(píng)判

your cursing of the world?

你對(duì)世界的詛咒

or saying it is profane?

或者說(shuō)是褻瀆

keeps you defensive?

讓你保持防衛(wèi)

keeps you shut down?

讓你關(guān)閉自己

keeps you alone?

讓你保持孤獨(dú)

and that is why you suffer?

這就是你受苦的原因

so go into this lesson today with great enthusiasm?

所以，今天滿懷熱情地走進(jìn)這一課吧

becuse you are shifting your consciousness more than you know?

因?yàn)槟阏诒饶阒栏嗟馗淖冎愕囊庾R(shí)

and you are shifting the projections that emanate from you more than you know?

你正在比你知道更多地改變著從你那里而來(lái)的投射

as you begin to see the world not as your enemy but as a simple reflection of that which is in your mind?

當(dāng)你開始不再將世界視為你的敵人，而是看成那只是你心靈的反映

it is important these days as we go deeper into the lessons to witness times your inability to remember what you're meant to do?

當(dāng)我們這些天更深入這些練習(xí)的時(shí)候，知道自己記不起來(lái)想做什么了，是非常重要的

it is important for you to just see this and say?

你只是看著這些，然后說(shuō)：

ah I have not known what my mind is doing for several hours this is why I am in a mind training program?

“啊，我有好幾個(gè)小時(shí)都不知道自己在做什么，這就是為什么我要參加心靈訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃的原因“

it is not a demonstration of failure?

這并不是一個(gè)失敗的證明

it is a demonstration of necessity for doing this program?

這只是證明，你有必要進(jìn)行這個(gè)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃

so do not hate yourselves or judge yourselves harshly?

所以，不要恨自己，也不要嚴(yán)厲地批評(píng)自己

but merely witness what you are unable to do with your mind that you're unable to focus that you're unwilling at times even to give a minute to your spiritual practice

只是去看到，用你的心靈所不能做到的：你不能集中注意力，你沒有意愿，哪怕只是進(jìn)行一分鐘的靈性練習(xí)

and in that observation you will realize that if you go six or seven hours without giving a minute to your spiritual practice with presence?

在觀察中，你會(huì)意識(shí)到，如果你在六、七個(gè)小時(shí)中，都無(wú)法花一分鐘來(lái)進(jìn)行靈性練習(xí)

you are creating unconsciously all day long?

你一整天都是在進(jìn)行無(wú)意識(shí)的創(chuàng)造

and you will get a very mixed bag of results reflecting back to you?

那么你獲得的，也將是一個(gè)非常混亂的結(jié)果

I am that one you know as Jesus?

我就是你們所認(rèn)識(shí)的J

do not feel the need to justify or explain?
