Intermittent fasting:
Is (if you ask me) one of the best weight control eat pattern/regime there is. You are not strict to eat a special kind of food, and if you miss a day, you simply just start over the next. Plus you are not going to buy/do anything new, you have to do less. And the best part is, its healthy, you save time and money.

間歇性禁食:
如果你問我關于控制體重最好的飲食習慣或制度的話,正如如果你對吃某種特殊的食物時并不能嚴格管住嘴,即使你一天沒控制好,你只需下一天重新控制,再結合你不增加新庫存就好了,因此你必須少做些什么。此方法最棒的地方是讓你保持健康,還可以節(jié)省時間和金錢。



Study a craft/hobby:
With intermittent fasting we also saved time. And again I know that skipping breakfast is not going to save you 2 hours a day, but it might save you 15 minutes. What I then would do with those 15 minutes is to allocate them to study. And remember the 100 hour rule I mentioned earlier?
If we spend X amount of time we will reach our 100 hours in Y amount of time.

學習一門手藝或者愛好:

15 minutes/a day = 400 days
1 hour/day = 100 days
3 hours/day = 34 days
This means if you simply skip breakfast, save and invest the money you save, and study instead of eating, you will set yourself up to be in the top 5 % in every field, and would be able to start a small company in a year from now, and grow with the business and grow into the best 1 % in that niche along with your business.

每天1小時則100天就可以累積100小時
每天3小時則34天就可以累積100小時

It doesn’t matter whether you wake up at 5 AM Or go to bed at 5 AM. The thing is that whether you are doing any productive activity or not. ( Because this is the time when legends are either waking up or going to bed).
Drink a glass of water to hydrate as soon as you wake up.
Practice breathing deeply throughout the day.
Do at least 10 minutes of meditation daily.
Do physical workout whether Yoga, exercise, or stretching.

不管你早上5點起床還是5點上床睡覺。關鍵是你做的事情是否有成效。(因為這個時間點是傳奇人物要么醒來,要么上床睡覺的時候)。

Plan and set your priorities before starting the day.
Refrx negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
Listen more than you speak.
Dress up every day (no matter where you’re going) to be a well-dressed person.

Read newspapers daily to stay upxed. also, you should read a self-help book to enhance your knowledge.
Listen to personal development audiobooks or podcasts.
Learn new skills, invest in yourself to compete for the growing world.
You should have to achieve more in life.
Speaks only if it improves upon the silence. But speak up when you do have something to say.

每天看報紙以保持了解最新消息。另外,你應該通過讀書來提高你的知識面。
聽有關個人發(fā)展的有聲讀物或播客。
投資自己,學習新技能,增加競爭力。
爭取在生活中取得更多成就。
一般不輕易說話。但是當你有話要說的時候,一定要大聲說出來。


Do kind things to others without expectations.
Tell loved ones that you love them.
Go to social events.
Challenge yourself to get out of your comfort zone.
Saying no to things you don’t want, without explanation.

對別人做善事,但不要期望獲得同等待遇。
告訴你愛的人你愛他們。
參加社交活動。
走出你的舒適區(qū),挑戰(zhàn)自己。
對你不想要的東西說不,不要找借口。


Always be thankful, who helped you in your bad times.
Learn to be happy with what you currently have and instead of thinking about that, invest your time on how to achieve that and start working on them.
Follow a good and healthy diet.
Fill your plate with fresh vegetables and fruits at least one meal per day.
Take your failure as feedback.

永遠要心存感激那個在你不好的時候幫助你的人。

Track and audit your expenses.
Find 5–6 hours in a day in which your productivity and energy level is high and try to do more things at that time.
save at least 20% of your income.
Watch TED TALKS instead of wasting time on social media.
Get to know yourself. You’re not born knowing yourself, get to know your
personalities, core values, your body, your dreams.

跟蹤和審計你的開支。

Daily habits are good. They keep you disciplined and consistent with your goals. But sometimes we do give it a skip. And that's okay.
I go through news. I have an app called inshorts. It gives me the highlight enough to know the news. If I find it important, I open and go through it. It's very important for today's world to remain up to date with current affairs.
I go through Quora. I read answers that interests me. That are new to me. Trust me I have learned many new topics from Quora.
Have lemon water or just plain water as soon as you wake up
Make your bed. Keep the bed clean.
Study in the morning. Cause you're fresh after waking up.
Do some workouts. Your future will thank you.
Cleanse your skin. To remove all the impurities and oil that got accumulated throughout the night.?
Have a good breakfast. An empty stomach can make you grumpy and moody.

There are many. But to get inspiration from my habits. I am going to tell one.
Habit of trying to organize life:
What does this mean?
You must have been came across various situations in your life where you must have tried to figure out your life and make sense out of it (by making timetable to follow). I happens to be no exception. Everyday (probably) I tried to improve my timetable. Drastically failing in it. But time compounded my effect. I sub consciously developed a time table with my trails.
P.S: Don’t try to make sense out of my answer because “You can’t change your life with other people’s thoughts. Try to get it yourselves.” Stop worrying. Start living.

Eat what your mind(body+brain) likes on the basis of you're type of profession.
Keep get time for work, eat and brake same like traveling, fuel, and maintenance.
Fit in your brain that overflow heat from food or from environment slowly break every cell like get feels loneliness.
Eat when need on 70% and sleep also.
In meal proportion of liquid and solid is same like ground and water on the earth, 70 liquid and 30 solid.
Always keep mind on your centre of work, eat, break. It is world's most important triangle.

Eating at regular intervals of time and don't eat full stomach, sleep atleast 6hours.
Pray for god atleast one time in a day, develop gratitude habit.
The two most powerful warriors are patience and time. So utilize time wisely.
