CPM, Thiol-reactive fluorescent probe (CPM) 是一種反應(yīng)型硫醇熒光探針。CPM 在高反應(yīng)性巰基存在下選擇性地形成邁克爾加合物。 CPM 已被用于監(jiān)測(cè)硫醇的釋放、定量微孔板反應(yīng)中的硫醇，以及通過(guò)核仁蛋白染色區(qū)分增殖的癌細(xì)胞。熒光:λex 391 nm; λem 472 nm in methanol: 2-mercaptoethanol
