Once upon a time, there was a fast rabbit who boasted about how fast it could run. The tortoise got/was tired of this, challenging it to race. The rabbit ran along the road for a while and then stopped to rest. It/He looked back at the turtle, shouting, “ How can you win the race if you walk so slowly?” Therefore, the rabbit fell asleep on the side of the road. The tortoise kept walking and when the rabbit woke up, the tortoise had reached the end. The story teaches us that we should be practical/down-to-earth and shouldn’t give up/quit halfway in order to achieve success.
