a) Time available to make the change, which may vary due to stakeholder pressure 允許做出改變的時間壓力，這一點會因為股東壓力而變化的。

c) Preservation of certain characteristics may be necessary 保存某些特性可能是必要的

d) Diversity of opinions and experience may make change easier 意見和經(jīng)驗的多樣性可能使改變更容易

e) The organisation’s capability to execute change may vary, in particular depending on whether management have experience in this area 公司實施改變的執(zhí)行能力會有所不同，具體取決于管理層在這方面是否有經(jīng)驗

f) An organisation needs to consider whether it has the capacity to execute change – resources such as people, finance and information 公司需要考慮是否有實施改變的能力，具體資源包括人，財務和信息上的。

g) Management need to consider whether they have the power to drive through the type of change envisaged 管理層要考慮，他們是否有足夠的權利/能力來推動改變

h) Work force readiness is the extent to which staff are likely to accept or resist change 勞動力準備程度是員工有可能接受或拒絕改變的程度。

3) Forces driving and resisting change 動力和阻力的變化

Force Field Analysis illustrates how forces driving change within an organisation could be impeded by the forces of resistance. Example – introducing teachers' performance related pay.立場分析描述了變革所面臨的動力和阻力，以及相互作用。
