回水!聯(lián)系老任客服《寶可夢(mèng)朱紫》成功退款

由于《寶可夢(mèng)朱紫》游戲中存在的問(wèn)題過(guò)多,這讓不少玩家粉絲們都大失所望,紛紛開(kāi)始在論壇呼吁退款,還有玩家在寶可夢(mèng)板塊分享了退款流程以及方式。
但是按照任天堂一貫的規(guī)則,一般數(shù)字版游戲是不予退款了,不過(guò)這次任天堂應(yīng)該也是意識(shí)到自身的問(wèn)題,竟然接受退款了!
目前,有不少玩家通過(guò)任天堂的客服反饋成功退款《寶可夢(mèng)朱紫》數(shù)字版。玩家表示,只要在郵件中寫(xiě)明對(duì)游戲體驗(yàn)的不滿就有機(jī)會(huì)退款成功,隨后客服會(huì)詢問(wèn)你的電子郵件地址,以驗(yàn)證您的付款信息以及Switch的序列號(hào),之后就會(huì)返還你的購(gòu)買(mǎi)款。
不過(guò)購(gòu)買(mǎi)了《寶可夢(mèng)朱紫》實(shí)體版的玩家就沒(méi)這么好運(yùn)了!不過(guò)按照任天堂的良心作風(fēng),相信《寶可夢(mèng)朱紫》應(yīng)該很快就會(huì)發(fā)布補(bǔ)丁修復(fù)目前存在的問(wèn)題。希望這次《寶可夢(mèng)朱紫》的翻車(chē)可以讓老任下定決心給GF社整頓整頓吧,畢竟GF社目前按照員工來(lái)說(shuō)已經(jīng)算是大廠了,出品質(zhì)量是這樣真的是太說(shuō)不過(guò)去了!
