第二十課　我決心看見

J對(duì)第二十課的指導(dǎo)

you are blessed beings indeed

你們確實(shí)是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你們所認(rèn)識(shí)的J

and it is an important lesson?

這是重要的一課

this one you are convinced that you can see?

你確信你能看見

you are convinced that you know exactly what's going on in the world?

你確信你確切知道世界是怎么回事

and you are convinced that you know exactly what's right and what's wrong and what should be and what should not be?

你確信，你確切知道什么是對(duì)的，什么是錯(cuò)的；什么是應(yīng)該的，什么是不應(yīng)該的

and you are arrogant in that belief or you are not qualified to make that determination?

你對(duì)這些信念非常自負(fù)，否則你就沒有資格下這個(gè)結(jié)論

I am determined to see means that you are humble in your acknowledgement that you may not be able to see right now?

我決心看見，意思是：你謙虛地承認(rèn)，目前你可能看不見

and that is what will give you negative emotional feedback from your guidance system?

這就是從你的導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)反饋給你的負(fù)面情緒

if you are looking at something a situation person place thing or experience?

如果你看到一個(gè)人、事、物、經(jīng)或經(jīng)驗(yàn)時(shí)

and you feel strong negative emotion?

你感到強(qiáng)烈的負(fù)面情緒

you are not seeing it correctly?

那你就不是正確地看到它

because you are coming at it from the egos judgmental and narrow focus?

因?yàn)槟闶峭ㄟ^小我的評(píng)判和狹隘的焦點(diǎn)來看的

your very limited experience and understanding of spirituality and spiritual principles and assuming that you know what it means and you do not

你對(duì)靈性的理解和靈性法則（假設(shè)你知道那意味著什么，其實(shí)，你根本不知道）的經(jīng)驗(yàn)非常有限

and that is what your negative emotional feedback will tell you that you are looking at it incorrectly

but you have no choice currently on how to look at something?

但你目前對(duì)如何看待事物，是沒有選擇權(quán)的

you have been trained into believing certain rigid rules about your current experience of what you call reality?

你已經(jīng)被訓(xùn)練去相信你稱為“現(xiàn)實(shí)”的經(jīng)驗(yàn)里的一些嚴(yán)格、僵硬的教條

and those have been placed in your mind by other beings?

而這些早已被其他人植入你的心中

generally speaking although you can come into this incarnation with leftovers from other incarnation elects periences?

一般來說，你這一世會(huì)帶著其他前世經(jīng)驗(yàn)所留下的信念

so what you are using to try and determine whether what you are seeing is good or bad is a hodgepodge of many many different ideas

所以，你用來做出你看到的什么是好，什么是壞的決定，其實(shí)是一個(gè)由許許多多的觀念組成的大雜燴

we are through these lessons seeking to align you with love?

我們通過這些練習(xí)，探索讓你與愛一致

so that you are not at war with the world that you see?

所以，你并不是與你眼前的世界開戰(zhàn)

and that is where most of you find yourselves in a constant state of judgment constant state of fear or anxiety about survival or about what's going happen in the future about your relationships and what they mean?

你們大部分人發(fā)現(xiàn)自己經(jīng)常都在對(duì)生存、對(duì)未來即將發(fā)生什么，對(duì)你們的關(guān)系和他們到底是什么意思這類問題產(chǎn)生評(píng)判、恐懼和焦慮

so this idea of being determined to see is a wonderful wonderful powerful statement to the universe?

所以，“我決心看見”這個(gè)觀念，是對(duì)宇宙發(fā)出的一個(gè)非常非常美妙而有力的聲明

that you know that right now you're not seeing things clearly and you can tell because you're not happy and at peace all the time?

你現(xiàn)在知道了，你看不清。你可以看出來，是因?yàn)槟悴⒎菚r(shí)刻都感到快樂和平安

and that is your messaging system telling you?

這就是你的信息系統(tǒng)告訴你的

so you are beginning to get an idea that now we are gonna push you a little bit more to pay more attention to what's going on in your mind?

所以，你現(xiàn)在正開始獲得一個(gè)觀念，就是：我們準(zhǔn)備再推你一把，讓你注意到你心靈中到底發(fā)生了什么

and you will fail at times you will get frustrated at times and the ego mind will say let us stop these silly lessons?

有時(shí)你會(huì)失敗，有時(shí)你會(huì)沮喪，小我之心也會(huì)說：讓我們停止這個(gè)愚蠢的練習(xí)吧

but that is why we are doing this this year?

但這就是為什么我們今年做這個(gè)練習(xí)的原因

because it is very important for you to really grasp this year

因?yàn)樽屇阍诮衲暾嬲私獾较旅嬉稽c(diǎn)是非常重要的：

that the outside world is not where you should look for for your safety and for your happiness

外在世界并非你應(yīng)該尋找安全和幸福之處！

that you must go inside and look there in your connection to spirit in your connection to all that is?

你必須向內(nèi)走，在你與心靈的鏈接中，與一切萬有的鏈接中，去尋找

I am that one that you know is Jesus and we will see you again tomorrow

我就是你所認(rèn)識(shí)的J，我們明天再見
