The purpose of the plan is to standardize the value of information and give individuals the freedom to modify their ability visualization.

Introduction:
Human beings are neither saints nor gods. As a species on earth, human beings have too weak direct power compared with other species. The law of nature is the law of the jungle. Whether in the environment of the earth or the environment of human society, in my opinion, there is no good or evil, only strength and weakness. One reason why humans can stand at the top of the earth's food chain may be that they have advanced wisdom. Using tools is an embodiment of advanced wisdom, while making tools is a further embodiment.

Human beings have the power that other species do not have - creation, that is, to create things that cannot be naturally produced in nature. So what is the essence of creation? Personally, I think it is to give something a new concept, and the essence of the concept is the aggregation of information. The next world plan aims to create a virtual interactive platform embedded in the real world by using extended reality technology, digital twinning and high-speed information transmission technology. In particular, this is not the meta universe. The main carrier of the sub world is still the real world. The ultimate goal is to make better use of resources and correct their inherent deficiencies by standardizing and presenting the information of all things in the eyes of the world. Target achievement characteristics
The first stage: realize the mobile phone chimeric stereo image interaction equipment and establish a local virtual map network

The second stage: establish guild system and adventurer system, and standardize the digital twin value acquisition mechanism

The third stage: establish a large-scale virtual map network to realize the standardization of resource possession value

The fourth stage: improve the equipment to realize the single equipment terminal, and then realize the differentiation of functional characteristics of interactive equipment

The fifth stage: establish the standardized database of human behavior and realize the cognitive induced behavior correction system that varies from person to person

The sixth stage: continuously realize the privatization to public ownership of standard technology

引言：

人非圣人，亦無神明，人類作為地球上的一個(gè)物種，相對(duì)于其他物種來說，所擁有的直接力量可以說是過于弱小。弱肉強(qiáng)食乃是自然法則，無論是處于地球這個(gè)環(huán)境還是人類社會(huì)的這個(gè)環(huán)境，在我看來并無善惡，只有強(qiáng)弱。那為何人類可以站在地球食物鏈頂端，可能一個(gè)原因是擁有高級(jí)智慧。使用工具是高級(jí)智慧的一種體現(xiàn)，而制作工具則是更進(jìn)一步的體現(xiàn)。

人類擁有其他物種所不具有的力量——?jiǎng)?chuàng)造，即創(chuàng)造出自然界無法自然產(chǎn)生的東西。那么創(chuàng)造的本質(zhì)是什么？我個(gè)人認(rèn)為是賦予某個(gè)事物一個(gè)新的概念，而概念的本質(zhì)即是信息的集合體。某個(gè)事物可以是已經(jīng)存在的，亦可以是未曾謀面首次出現(xiàn)的。比如說一個(gè)蘋果，可以進(jìn)行雜交培育出新的品種，也可以通過數(shù)字孿生在虛擬世界無中生有。

次世界計(jì)劃意在指利用擴(kuò)展現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)、數(shù)字孿生和高速信息傳輸技術(shù)，打造一個(gè)嵌合于現(xiàn)實(shí)世界的虛擬交互平臺(tái)。特別一提的是，這并不是元宇宙，次世界的主要載體依舊是現(xiàn)實(shí)世界，最終目的是通過將萬物信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化呈現(xiàn)于世人眼中，從而更好地利用資源和矯正自身先天不足，至于后天的努力和閱歷，只能說諸君共勉。

第二階段：建立公會(huì)系統(tǒng)和冒險(xiǎn)者系統(tǒng)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)字孿生價(jià)值獲取機(jī)制

第三階段：建立超大范圍的虛擬地圖網(wǎng)絡(luò)，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源占有價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化

第四階段：改良設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)單設(shè)備終端，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)交互設(shè)備功能特點(diǎn)分化

第五階段：建立人類行為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)據(jù)庫，實(shí)現(xiàn)因人而異的認(rèn)知誘導(dǎo)式行為修正系統(tǒng)

第六階段：不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)的私有化到公有化

闡明：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化并不意味之將某個(gè)事物的質(zhì)量處于一個(gè)中等水平，反而要處于一個(gè)高質(zhì)量水平。即滿分是100分平均分也是100分。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)絕不是抵強(qiáng)扶弱，而是通過以高度發(fā)達(dá)的信息處理技術(shù)，幫助缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力的人自由地實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想。這并不是烏托邦，也不是分蛋糕，只是“先富帶動(dòng)后富”，唯一的敵人是“優(yōu)越感“所帶來的資本私有化主義。這個(gè)世界并不需要皇帝，也不需要萬能的神明，人當(dāng)自省，孰能無過，與君共勉。
