There are two levels of WRAP certification: platinum and gold. The certificate level issued to each facility is determined by WRAP. This decision is based on the audit report’s findings regarding the breadth and stability of the facility’s social compliance program, as well as facility management’s ostensible commitment to WRAP’s 12 Principles.

Facilities that have demonstrated full compliance through three consecutive audits are awarded platinum level certification, which is valid for two years. These manufacturers must successfully pass each audit with no corrective actions – which are issued in response to noncompliances or “observations” (minor issues that may devolve into official noncompliances in the absence of proper preventive measures) – and maintain continuous certification with no gaps between certification periods.

2禁止使用強(qiáng)迫勞工

設(shè)施不會(huì)使用非自愿、強(qiáng)迫或被非法販運(yùn)勞工。

3禁止聘用童工

設(shè)施不會(huì)雇用任何未滿15歲 (發(fā)展中國(guó)家為14歲）或法律規(guī)定最低勞動(dòng)年齡，或未滿接受義務(wù)教育最高年齡的員工（以上述各項(xiàng)中最高年齡為準(zhǔn)）。

4禁止騷擾和虐待勞工

設(shè)施須提供一個(gè)不存在任何形式來(lái)自領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層或同事騷擾、虐待和體罰的工作環(huán)境。

5遵守薪酬與福利規(guī)定

設(shè)施須至少支付當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定的最低總薪酬，包括所有法定工資、津貼和福利。

6遵守工作時(shí)間規(guī)定

每日工時(shí)、每周及每月工作天數(shù)不得超過(guò)工廠所在地的法律規(guī)定。除非因緊急業(yè)務(wù)的需要，工廠須每七日為員工提供一日休息。

7禁止歧視

設(shè)施須根據(jù)員工的工作能力，而非個(gè)人特征或信仰來(lái)雇傭、支付薪酬、晉升和解雇。

8符合健康與安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

設(shè)施須提供一個(gè)安全和健康的工作環(huán)境。無(wú)論是工廠直接提供或通過(guò)勞務(wù)中介提供住所, 設(shè)施將確保住所的安全及衛(wèi)生。

9保障結(jié)社自由及集體談判權(quán)

設(shè)施須承認(rèn)并尊重員工行使其自由結(jié)社及集體談判的合法權(quán)利

10符合環(huán)境管理要求

設(shè)施須遵守適用于設(shè)施營(yíng)運(yùn)的環(huán)境規(guī)則、法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并在其所有經(jīng)營(yíng)地點(diǎn)推行環(huán)保意識(shí)。

11遵守海關(guān)規(guī)定

設(shè)施須遵守適用的海關(guān)法律，特別是須制定并持續(xù)執(zhí)行符合有關(guān)防止非法轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)成品的海關(guān)法律的計(jì)劃。

12安全

設(shè)施須維持適當(dāng)?shù)陌踩绦颍源_保其符合企業(yè)安全、運(yùn)輸安全、人員和場(chǎng)地安全。
