How to communicate clearly in English using 4 simple tips

a. simplify your ideas

organize your thought as simple as possible,

figure out what your core idea, or figure out what is you need to tell people listen to you,

and you should be able to break them down in the simple sentence or statement.

b. prove your idea

You need to let person to listen to you and to know what you support your thoughts.

This helps you get clarity, makes your idea clear and easy to understand.

C. connect your idea to an emotion

This is important because your idea will stay in the listener's mind if they care about it. When I speak English with emotion, I experience the same thing as you are experiencing right now. The listener would understand you.

When the person listens to you, or cares about what you say, they pay attention to it more.

D. Share your examples for your idea

You story or experience makes your idea more real.

When someone hears your story, you may also think about your idea more. The more things you give , including examples, proof and experience, the more attention they pay, and the better communication it gets.

By connecting your story to your idea, you actually help the listener to understand even more than before.
