西安凱新生物科技有限公司供應(yīng)的diSulfo-Cy3 azide中磺化Cy3可以用來標(biāo)記蛋白,抗體,多肽,核酸等各種生物分子，它的光譜性質(zhì)和Cy3類似,在熒光顯微鏡下發(fā)橘黃色熒光，它的熒光很亮,并且對pH不敏感，標(biāo)記后,樣品背景熒光一般認(rèn)為比TAMRA等系列的染料低。
The sulfonated Cy3 in the diSulfo-Cy3 azide can be used to label various biological molecules such as proteins, antibodies, polypeptides, nucleic acids, etc. Its spectral properties are similar to those of Cy3. It emits orange fluorescence under the fluorescence microscope. Its fluorescence is very bright, and it is not sensitive to pH. After labeling, the background fluorescence of the sample is generally considered to be lower than that of TAMRA and other series of dyes.
